Easy to place an order. I could specify what strings I needed. There was no place to write about the tension needed but I emailed them and within minutes got a positive response adding tension on the strings. Availability of strings was clearly mentioned with the products.
Now just waiting for my favorite racket which is a birthday gift to me from my wife.

First time ordering a racket online after doing a lot of research, the HEAD Speed MP 2022 price here caught my eye so ordered it with my own string selections too. Customer service were very very helpful and responsive!

Shipment took 8 days though as it was from Germany to Uk.

Was worried after reading some reviews here but generally a very good experience.

I placed an order on August 2nd, 2025, for tennis balls and an overgrip. It has now been over 20 days, and I have not received my package nor do I have a realistic estimated delivery date.

The order status is absurd. The tennis balls have been stuck in a "waiting" status for over three weeks, and the expected delivery date automatically postpones itself every 10 days without any explanation or apology.

The worst part of this experience is the complete absence of any response from customer support. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via email and have not received a single reply. My money is tied up, I have no products, and I have no information.

This is the worst e-commerce experience I have ever had. It shows a complete disrespect for the customer's time and money.

Great experience following initial contact to Cory enquiring about Wilson Blade racquets. The team were able to offer a serious discount, which made the racquets by far the cheapest option available from my research

I order two Wilson Blade racquets and Michel, Customer Services Manager, patiently worked with me to build my desired hybrid string set-up, which was new to me. Michel even included grips and extra string sets free of charge. The racquets arrived in pristine condition with my chosen strings and the Wilson logo painted on them. They were not left in a dusty warehouse in case that is a concern!

The response times can be somewhat slow at times but the service received made up for this

The order arrived overnight via UPS to Ireland so a speedy delivery service too

I will not hesitate to use Tennis Warehouse Europe in the future and look forward to dealing with the team again

I ordered an Adidas shirt and got conformation of shipment.
Unfortunately this shipment by UPS got lost. After I made inquiries with TW
a replacement was sent and I received this almost 4 weeks after the initial order. Special thanks to Himanshu from TW customer service.

I placed an order, expecting delivery within the promised 3-5 days and a month later, I received NOTHING. I am very disappointed with their service: I did not receive any information about my shipment and there has been no responses to phone calls. They clearly do not care about their customers. I highly recommend others to stay away from this company as I will never order from them again.

Easily best price for Tecnifibre racket. Superb service from the TW team. I had accidentally missed part of the delivery address, the team contacted me promptly requesting my full details. Delivered free. Delivered from Germany to UK by DHL and then Parcel force without a hitch. Perfect.

I still have not received my Wilson Blade tennis racket since I ordered and bought for 200 Euros on the 17th of June!

* UPDATE 09/07/2025- The situation is still unresolved and I am the one that needs to call Tennis Warehouse and UPS to find where my racket is.

UPDATE 11/07/2025- Still no contact from Tennis Warehouse as to where my racket is.
I called Tennis Warehouse again today and tell me the investigation is still opened.
Finally was told another racquet will be dispatched will arrive on the 14th of July.
Therefore it will be close to one month since payment I will receive my racquet.

Quick and detailed response to any query. Many options of handling orders. Himanshu has provided more than adequate infos.

I've performed around 6 orders already (including 2 brand new rackets) and every single one was perfect and with a very fast delivery! Stringing service was great, items had no flaws and prices are below what I find in normal retail stores in my country!
