I am really surprised by the negative reviews of this company. I have used the European company for a long time now, first in the UK and for the last 10 years in Germany. Always using the EN service - which I appreciate.
The pricing is always the cheapest (or very close to) of the larger retailers and the delivery times and stock information nearly always up to date. Occasionally something goes out of stock after ordering but normally you can email and it is quickly resolved.
The customer service is also excellent. Over the years I had problems with missed shipments, defective rackets and each time the customer service was completely understanding, reasonable and sought a very fair and good solution.
I rarely buy from anyone else.

Can't complain , lovely product at a good price. Delivery was fast and no issues whatsoever with the service. Very happy with my purchase.

I should have started my acquaintance with the store with reviews. It's been 15 days since I placed my order. They didn't respond to my letter. I don't care about holidays! The fact that I have to wait since I placed my order. I have never seen more stupid rules! If one item is not available, why don't you send the entire other order?!!! I will try to call, but I read that I can't get through to them! I am sure that this store will top the list of the most irresponsible stores! Simply a careless attitude! I don't recommend anyone to buy anything there! You can always find products by name in other stores!

Ordered 2 Yonex EZONE 100 tennis rackets at an unbeatable price.
Before doing so I read and checked the reviews here and I was very doubtful about buying from them as people complained about long waiting time for orders or getting the wrong order.
My experience however was very different
I placed the ordered on 22-11-24, the rackets were shipped by Fedex and was expected on 2nd Dec. they arrived way earlier 28t-11-24.
It took only 6 days and everything was in perfect order.
The only suggestion if warehouse is reading this is to wrap these kind of items with bubble paper before sending them instead of just a box as they do get smashed and these Japanese tennis rackets are quite expensive.
I'd recommend tennis warehouse no problem.

I am very disappointed with their service. I ordered a backpack as a gift, and after waiting a month without any updates, I inquired about its arrival and was told I would have to wait more than two months. I wasn’t warned at the time of purchase that I would need to wait over three months for the item. On top of that, after I canceled the backpack, I asked for a refund and requested that they send the other items in my order that I had already been waiting over a month for, and they charged me for shipping again. They didn’t apologize or offer any discounts. I am truly disappointed with their service.

I have purchased several items over the years from tennis warehouse Europe and I must say that I am very happy.
I have only experienced good service and great quality products.

If your order doesn't arrive like mine... forget about it (I don't think it's uncommon when working with UPS). They tell you they'll take care of it, only to ignore you until you complain again, and then the cycle starts over. They laugh in your face.

I have ordered the racket and some other items, considering that I will pick them up when I visit Ireland. However, delivery took over two weeks and I had left before my parcel arrived. They do not respond to emails and it is impossible to reach them by phone. Now I either have to return the parcel or ask someone to send it to my country. Shame on you for such terrible services. Never had such issues with TW USA.

I've bought tennis clay shoes, but after almost two months still waiting to receive it. I've called at least 20 times the call center, without any answer. You are always suggested to try to call later on, since all the operator are busy!!! (if you wait, no way to have any answer, probably they don't manage the inbound call priority). I'll never again order anything, stay far away from this company.

Be very careful before ordering from the UK as this site do NOT make it clear before you pay that you are likely to have a big tax bill which makes purchasing pointless .. anything over £135 gets a big tax bill

I bought a tennis racket on your website and then find out the same racket on zalando cost half the price. Also you reported full price was 330 euro when on zalando it is 125. This is fraudolent. Still waiting for a feebdack from the customer service

I bought a racket wilson blade, it came with 11 gr more than the specs, so I send it back with a return label provided by tennis warehouse.
After a month, they still asked me to send them the tracking number or the copy of the return label that They send me, I already reply it at least 7 times.
The fact is, that after almost a month, still no refund and no solution whatsoever.

Offered the best price for a tennis racket I wanted. Delivered to Lithuania on time.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order with a wrong size, I tried to call the italian customer service (non-exsitent) like 20 times. After that I tried all the other numbers and none of them worked. I wrote emails with no replies at all as well.
The instant I made the order I activated myself immediately but I got the confirm of the shipping, DESPITE I SAID I DIDN'T WANT IT. How can you not replying to my calls and emails but send me a confirmation email that you dispatched my order?
UNBELIEVABLE. Do not recommend, stay away.

I was a little reluctant at fist due to the relatively low score but my experience was amazing. Fast delivery and quality as advertised. I ordered a racket at a great discount and everything went well. I will surely buy again from here.

Ordered pair of Hokas and was worried after reading the reviews, my experience with this company was brilliant. Cheapest price online and delivered 4 days earlier than advised.

Poor Customer Support and the phone numbers they provide simply don't work! I am waiting for them to confirm if my return has arrived at their warehouse for a month now.

I finally understand why people give bad review for this shop. I did make few oders in the past but yesterday i placed an order due to similar looking articles buy mistakenly orderd the wrong article. The articles looks identical but the title has AC and Clay in the end. I wrote immediately an email as it was Sunday asking for changing the order , the price is identical as well. But i didnt recieve a response. I waited untill next day and tried to call all the numbers which they have on the website but oh boy , they are non existent for both English and german lines i tried it was a joke. This is not a serious company. I did get an email reply now but they say sorry we cannot change the oder but you can return it if you want. This is very very unserious in term of customer service they just want to take the easy path. I cannot recommend this company because of that. So unless you never make such mistakes you may be enjoying but be aware it is as long as you dont need any service

Probably most people that just order a racket and a t-shirt do not have any issues because these type of orders are processed automatically. When it comes to getting support for any non-standard request you have to be really lucky for things to go well. I ordered 2 demo rackets because I was in the process of choosing a new model to play with. One of these rackets came with a 15 kilos tension on the string so testing in these conditions would have been irrelevant. I reached out to the support team to complain about this and I told them that I have invested in the stringing to make the test relevant and we agreed that once I choose my new rackets will buy 2 and they will match them to make sure they are the same specs. So I was instructed to let them know once I placed my order, choose bank transfer as a payment method and after confirmation, to request the matching service. I have done as instructed and requested a confirmation from a lady called Martina, but no one answered. I got my rackets and they were not matched. So I have invested in stringing the demo racket and in the end it was my loss. After noticing that my racket were not matched I wrote to Martina and she told me that I have done something wrong in the process. I went back and showed her that I have done exactly what I was instructed to request the matching service and never heard anything back. Just ridiculous... no apologies, no reply. I think tennis-point and tennispro have a better service and I will buy my tennis stuff from them and avoid tennis warehouse because of their incompetent and arrogant support staff.

I ordered a clay tennis shoes (I am in the US). The service and time of response was excellent. I don't get why so many bad reviews. Love this store in the US and now the European one.
