After all that negative feedbacks I was worried about my decision to order from tennis warehouse. BUT I can’t say nothing bad at all. Order placed Wednesday and 7 days later it was delivered. Without any issue.

They promote discounted prices but only tell you the product is out of stock AFTER you buy it. I'm literally waiting a month to get what I ordered. Not only this but their racket demo program refuses to ship to certain countries IN THE EUROPEAN UNION for no reason. In contrast sites like Tennispro.eu on the otherhand have a much better demo program and their orders actually arive as advertised.

It is extremely poor service and frustrating experience.
1) it promotes a good discount to lure you to order
2) it cancels your order of the discounted item and falsely claim that it is out of stock and will not restock
3) the item later become available very shortly (well within the time frame of the original order)
4) it refuses to re-instate the original offer.

What would you call this? Scam? Cheating?

Cheap prices, high quality and fast delivery! Package arrived after 4 work days. Recommended.

they didn't telly you that you will be charged by custom charge!!!!

Terrible, terrible company. Told me I would have tennis racquet delivered within 1 week, after 2 weeks, nothing. Chased them by email, they couldn't find my order. Then they wouldn't answer the phone until I'd spent over an hour waiting on 5 different calls (they cut you off after 20 minutes). Then they tell you order is on its way but it takes over a week, just to leave Germany. After 3 weeks, I then get a letter demanding customs and VAT payment. This was not mentioned at any point by the company. The prices look good, but don't be fooled into buying!

Ordered 2 rackets+ stringing and a matching tennisbag with them. Before i ordered i emailed them asking if they could match the weight of the 2 rackets since i don't have the equipment to properly match them. They didn't take the time to help me at all and i got a standardized email explaining how the matching service works.

First step was ordering the rackets and paying them by bank transfer, so i did. After that i contacted the customerservice as told and told them i wanted to match rackets. After that it was a complete mess. You get a reply every 48 hours. Calling them is hopeless they won't answer. How hard is it look at the previous emails from the same customer and the same emailadress and write down the basic details of the order. No, they rather just respond to every email in the same standardized way. After 15! emails i had enough. 2 weeks have gone by and the order is not even being processed yet. I gave them an ultimatum, but shocker, they didn't respond.So i filed a complaint and i would recommend everyone to order somewhere else. Such a shame in comparison to how they manage their US counterpart online.

TLDR: Don't order here!

LAST TIME BUYING FROM TENNIS WEARHOUSE EUROPE!!!!
I bought a pair of shoes from Tennis Wearhouse Europe and only after a month they where damaged quite bad. So I returned them back and few weeks latter I got an reply with message "not recognised as defective". I tried explaining with couple of (ping-pong) email but no chance, they don't even listen anymore, a total ignorance. Shoes are unwearable, unplayable only after a month and they don't care.
try Amazon forget TWE ;(

This company is a rathole, my girfriend bought me some clothes from them and we need change some of the pieces about sizes and now this pieces costs 10 more euros each...this is unacceptable, be carefull with this web.

Would give "0"or even minus if allowed.
They have no clue on what is going on with shipments, and that is if the stuff gets shipped in the first place.
A bit of intensity with the follow ups would result in" Martina" and "Eredith" cite entirely unique response to the same query... How's that possible if they were really looking at the same order?
My order (placed in the first week of Oct) was to be delivered before 21st Oct and after several days of following up they come up with an entirely false response that the delivery failed, without even attempting to deliver (today is 26th Oct).
Ultimately they asked me to coordinate with the shipping / deli ery company directly even when they got paid to ship it...
I have no clue as to how long will the refund take... Avoid them at all costs, a thoroughly unprofessional enterprise!!

Delivery times which are stated on the website are a joke. You will wait and wait and wait…best of all (ironical), the customer service has no issues to tell you, that the item will leave the factory today, although there were already many so called todays yet

I have made an order Apr 22, 2022. Order: 2473864 Invoice: 2544633
It was stated that delivery will be Around 29 April.
There as no any change on tracking ID even 9/05
Only 11.05 new information appeared. And no any new changes after that date

So it will be month soon while I am waiting my order. It is fully unacceptable service. Please do something to clarify where is my order and WHEN exactly it will be delivered or do money back.

I ordered a Tennis Racket which appeared in the Sales section. Having read the reviews about them, I thought it prudent to call and confirm that the item was in stock and clarify the rules around VAT (which are displayed on the site for all to see). They answered quickly, clarified stock levels and the VAT rule (under £135 and not issue. Over that amount and UK VAT payable at customs before item will be released for onward delivery). The item arrived within the 6 business days as the operator stated without any issues whatsoever. I will definitely be using them again as the price-point was excellent. I'd advise a quick call before placing your order but no issues at all.

Never again from this Online Shop. After I transfered the money the told me that I have to pay additional costs at the amount of € 19.48. They told me that these are bank fees. I checked that with my bank and they told me that is not true. After I have received the products (note they told me that shipping is free) I received a bill from DHL. This is a shame so be careful. Pay in another shop a few € more but everything is included

Unfortunately I have to give this bad rate. I was very carefully ordering shoes with size 35.5, but somehow they delivered 33.5 size. Very strange that when you put the shoes in the cart you cant see what size is in the cart - you just see the name. Because of this reason firstly I did delete the shoes from the cart and put again very carefully, but still I got the wrong size.
But this is only part of the problem and this part I can understand, because mistakes happen.
What is really sad is the customer service - I offered that I could keep the wrong size and asked to write an invoice for the right shoe. But they said they need to put the shipping expanses as well. So they were not ready to solve this mistake correctly and change the shoe, even when I offered to keep the wrong shoe and didnt ask the money back.
Basically it comes out that they are not ready to pay one way shipping to solve this mistake (plus they would sell one pair of shoes more).

A very large selection of everything for tennis. Here you can buy trnnis things that other shops don't have. Rare strings and rare racquets available. Bought Pure Strike + strings and tensioning here - all excellent, arrived quickly and without damage. I can't thank you enough! Would recommend to any tennis lover.

Hugely disappointed. Have been a regular customer over the years but will never use this company again. I placed an order for two pairs of tennis shoes - nearly three weeks later I find that the shoes have made it to customs. we have apparently been waiting 10 days for a letter telling us we need to pay customs duty. This company is trading and sending goods to the UK KNOWING this will happen, but with no warnings when you purchase. We are regular customers - and clearly circumstances have changed. You would expect a little customer care. So we have paid for some shoes, have not received them - they are no good to us now as were a gift, and there is apparently a huge bill to pay on top that we have waited 10 days to find out about.

This is a good American based company. When I was stateside, I used their original American site since they started business in the 90's. Once I moved to Ireland, I continued to use TWE once they opened in Europe. Excellent service, dozens and dozens of orders without a hitch, good pricing, and easy to use web site. Thank you, TWE!

Excellent and responsive customer service, correct communication and fast refunds for returned items! I have placed more than 10 orders with TWE and am so happy they exist.
Also ordered my trial rackets here and got good advice and a good price deal on a demo racket from their pro. I now only use Tennis Warehoue Europe and have stopped ordering anything from tennis point who after 6 months and 1000 emails still suck. TWE please keep up this great level of customer service!
