Wouldn't use any other company. Have never had a problem with them in 7 years. When I buy shoes and the soles wear out after 12 weeks they refund them without hassle, unlike Tennis Pro EU who is the worst ever to buy from.

I ordered from the website raquets which were showing 'in stock', they replied saying they were out of stock and awaiting backorder, 3 weeks later I received the wrong items. To return these I have to pay shipping in both directions.

Awful stringing! Paid extra to get some decent strings put in and incredibly disappointed with the result. Strings were moving all over the place from the very first hit. Bitterly disappointed and getting them restrung after only using them once!!

I purchased tennis bag, racquet and tennis balls for my niece birthday and send it so she can get it for her birthday, ordered on 28th April 2020, payed DHL shipping, today is 8th June. She still didnt receive it, after 10 emails Tennis Warehouse is still asking me to be patient. Till when and what kind of company is this.

amazing just like their American counterpart. customer service is responsive, items always arrive on time or earlier, and the merchandise is always boxed and packaged well. never had an issue with the 40+ items i've ordered from them.

They take off the product price the VAT, but the Swiss customs I had to pay .... So if you order from Switzerland your price is 8%higher than the one which you thought you’ll pay.... It’s just a cheap trick catching clients.....

Second time I've ordered from Tennis Warehouse and again it was very professional service.

Never had a problem with them despite ordering several times, so am surprised by some of the negative reviews on here (many of them are a bit silly / unjustified when you start reading them).

Recently ordered a reel of string and it arrived super fast with updates at each stage, which has also been the case with my previous orders.

More than happy to order from TWE again in future.

I ordered an tennisbag and paid by bank transfer. The order was delivered to my door in 6 days. Making the order was easy and everything went smoothly.

My experience with Tennis Warehouse started really well until the raquet arrived and it was´t the correct weight, so I returned the next day and during my whole comunication with their representative I was always assured of the whole refund. However when they confirmed they´d be refunding me they keeping the payment for the strings claiming it was my mistake. I think this is really misleading, and is not written anywhere that in case you´d like to return you won´t get the full money back. I don´t think it´s fair on the customer, especially when you pay for the raquet and then choose the strings separately (which sometimes can be very expensive).

I ordered a Wilson Pro Staff RF 97 Autograph (size 4 grip) with black PRINCE TOUR XP 16 strings, at a sharp price - lower than you find it in DK (1860 DKK including all - strings and shipping). Everything went smooth - delivery of my racket came a few days later and all details as promised.

Order tennisracket on Sunday, delivery on Tuesday in perfect condition.

Surprisingly poor service considering the reputation of the USA store;

-Items listed as in stock later discovered to be back-ordered.
-Inaccurate stock levels displayed for demo products.
-Return postage for faulty items not refunded and terms not customer friendly.
-Poor quality of stringing for new racquets (as reported by my stringer).
-New racquets not supplied with accessories (dampeners etc.) that the manufacturer supplies them with.
-Price matching only a very limited selection of stores (not even matching their closest Germany-based competitor).

Overall there are much better online stores to buy from (I can recommend Tennis-Point and Stringers' World).

Since we started ordering tennis goods online we have shopped with almost every eu tennisshop online. we didn't liked the service here.

I have done about 10 orders from tw-europe. No negatives. Their delivery From Germany to Finland is fast and free.
The best prices. Widest range of tennis products. I can find almost everything I need for tennis at the lowest (or close to) prices online.
One thing I always have to do is look at tw-usa for customer reviews of their products. Then I come back to tw-europe to buy. Because if bought from tw-usa the taxes and delivery costs are expensive.
I don't know about their customer service. Because everything has always been right there has been no reason to contact them.
