I had a problem making a call last week; the call simply wouldn’t go through. Today, I called customer support and spoke with Chris, who provided excellent assistance. He swiftly solved my problem and was very knowledgeable. I also received excellent care from him. He guided me on how to send credit, invite friends and family, and more—things I didn’t know before. When I had difficulty topping up, the problem was resolved by CHRIS who, over a few returned calls as promised, gave EXCELLENT SERVICE.
When he said that he would call back, he did so until the Technical Team he called resolved the issue.
CHRIS is to be commended for his FRIENDLY, POLITE and HIGHLY EFFICIENT service. I was very impressed by the way he followed progress right up to solution.
TESCO Custromer Service was excellent in my opinion. If only some other online companies could follow their example, we'd live in a happier world...

As soon as l explained my enquiry to Riaz in a flash all was taken care of. For some reason recently my calling card ceased to work using now a till recept and with the help of Riaz changing to a new pin + able to restore my £15.20 from my not usable old card back in business with my friends in New Zealand. I had difficulties topping up my account today. Called the support and fotunately got Chris who really did a great work guiding me through the procedure. The issue was not with the calling app but with my mobile phone setting. Chris helped me very patiently to sort every thing till I got my top up.

My calling credit of around £25 had expired as I missed topping up the account every 180 days. Their very helpful agent Rizwan reinstated the full balance and extended the expiry date!
