The AA Breakdown Cover Reviews 

I couldn't get my car started at home in South Manchester around noon on a sunny Saturday in July and was due at my daughters in Accrington at 2pm. Having phoned the AA and explained my situation they were able to explain that although it was very busy on the roads and Motorways they would get someone to me ASAP. They then kept me informed until the mechanic arrived which was only about 20 mins. The mechanic couldn't have been more helpful. He explained everything that was needed and had me up and running to get to my daughters on time.

Just the sort of person and service you could desire, almost brilliant in every respect.

Stuart came earlier than originally estimated and fixed the car at the roadside within a few minutes putting my mind at rest very quickly.

Michael was excellent. Took us to a garage and we got car repaired, he stayed with us throughout the repair.

Excellent service from both the patrol person and contact centre

Bruce arrived 25 mins earlier than advertised and couldn’t have been more helpful! 2 simultaneous punctures is an unusual event but he coped magnificently. He had all the right equipment and made sure the car was appropriately recovered and all passengers delivered home. Please thank him so much - we were hugely grateful.

Hamam was truly great. He knew what to do to fix the issue and was helpful and respectful.

To day Saturday 18 July my car broke down and the AA came to my rescue and took my car to a garage as man couldn’t fix it and the drove my husband and my self home, he was nice and helpful, I can’t thank you enough for the help that was given to me and my husband. I can’t thank you only recommend that people should sign up to your company.

Speedy response time. Paul was friendly and chatted to the children too. Made the whole family feel at ease.

Bit of a wait (about an hour) hence knocking off 1 star but the guy that arrived, David, was calm and reassuring. Couldn't do a repair as was on the side of a busy dual carriageway but did a temp fix so I could drive it to the garage and he followed to make sure I was ok and got me home.

Me and my wife took out car breakdown cover on the 29th march, at the end of June we were supposed to get an Amazon voucher for £60, but she has never received it, we have contacted them and said they would look into it but still nothing, it's annoying when you have to keep chasing this up when it should be automatically done.

I stupidly locked my key in my boot 50 miles from my home.... the first time I've done this in 50 years of driving.The AA were brilliant and a big shout out for Garra who calmly sorted and retrieved my keys without any damage to my car!
