I had great service and advice and the assistants were knowledgeable and careful to explain to me what I needed to know.

IT Store solved usb port problem and tried their best to solve Touch Bar issue with a recon. keyboard, (which may happen in the future, saving me £400 compared to Apple). They will be first port of call if other problems crop up in the future.

I bought a reconditioned iPad. It’s been brilliant. Good as new. Fantastic value. More importantly for me as a totally incompetent IT nitwit in his 80s, I have always received friendly, expert advice whenever I have needed it, and I have never felt patronised. All the staff are terrific.

The IT Store answered the phone! I spoke to a real person, who was both polite and helpful. My work Apple Mac hard drive failed on the Thursday, I was able to take it in to them Friday afternoon, it was fixed Saturday and I picked it up on Monday, such a relief to find a local company that not only were there at the other end of a phone in my time of need, but responded so quickly meaning I only lost a few days of being able to work. Well done The IT Store in Canterbury!

The competence and costumer service is fantastic. I have occupied the owner of the IT Store for over an hour to sort out my iPads! He was very patient and helpful.

Requested that data was transferred from an old iPhone to replacement..all done successfully apart from inability to transfer my whatsapp account that seemed to baffle the two employees. Later that day my husband managed to do it by ‘sharing devices’ something the IT staff should have known!

Superb purchasing experience. I happened to drop in to look at their stock and ended up purchasing a used iPad, the 5* review is down to the staff member ‘Taylor’ who made the whole process easy, straightforward and not at all pushy, his knowledge of the product and understanding of my requirements was excellent, he is a real asset to the business and I would highly recommend them.

They are very polite, They Helped me last year also suffer from Dyslexia, also it is very hard when you are a Bachelor of Arts to promote your work. I found them very informative and reliable.

I had a nerve wracking experience over a scam, which started with a new printer installation. After my bank told me to change my password, I went to the IT store for help as previously I had always found them to be incredibly helpful. This time was even better; Ollie was reassuring, calm and professional. He cleaned my computer and got rid of programs which had been installed without my knowledge. He installed the printer correctly and checked all my systems. He was very supportive and non judgmental throughout. Truly 10 star experience- thank you Ollie!!

New battery for MacBook Air. Very quick 1 hr fix at a very reasonable price. Also took in at the same time, my wife’s Mac Book with a sticky space key, cleared the problem no charge. Great service.

my 17-year-old daughter went in for a phone check as her phone had stopped charging, they changed the battery. realized when she came home that her phone was still not charging so went into the Apple shop to get it checked we found out that the screws had been stripped, the back interior screen had been swapped for a cheap one, cable connecting the charger port to the battery has been cut, sealant had been stripped and swapped so phone is no longer waterproof. I HAVE PICTURE PROOF the phone was only 6 months old and had never been broken!!! phone has been left in such bad condition it is no longer fixable and only half a refund was given! staff had also lied and said they no longer had her apple battery as "it does not work after its out of the phone" which turned out to be in a box under his desk!

Took my dead MacBook laptop to these guys and they swapped it with another one. Very knowledgable and thorough, diagnosed the issues and found me an affordable solution. Great service, will go back for all my apple product problems from now on.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite and discussed the options with no hard sell. I bought a nearly new laptop which included a year's guarantee and saved myself several hundred pounds. They transferred all the data from my old laptop and spent time explaining how the new one works.

My partner and I attended the IT Store because my partner’s old IPhone 7 had stopped working and was not reparable therefore while at the store we both decided to upgrade our old phones to IPhone 11 a very knowledgable member of the team spent a long time solving the issues of retrieving the data from my partner’s old phone he was very helpful and patient in setting up our new mobile phones with us. Being of the older generation and not very tech savvy we were very pleased with the helpful and excellent service given.
