We had an excellent experience with The iT store Canterbury, and I can’t speak highly enough of their service. Oliver was the technician who helped us, and he was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable.

He fixed the water damage on our Mac computer quickly and efficiently, with no fuss at all. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Oliver called exactly when he said he would and got the job done faster than we expected. It’s rare to find that kind of reliability these days!

If you’re looking for IT support you can trust, I’d highly recommend the iT store Canterbury — especially if you get the chance to work with Oliver. We’ll definitely be turning to them again in the future.

Good service and very quick turn around

Good value for money for second hand products but most of all excellent customer service both at purchase and for any follow up queries. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable but can explain tech. things in an easily understood way to non tech folk!

I have visited the IT Store twice and received great assistance with software problems on my MacBookPro by helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. On the second occasion, it was a problem with a printer so this involved a home visit as access was needed to my wifi network and the help I received again was excellent. My only regret was that I had not bought my new MacBook from IT Store in the first place.

Brilliant staff, so helpful and knowledgeable who don’t try to sell you the most expensive item in the shop but the one that really suits what you want. So much better to by preloved at a reasonable price. We always shop there and we are always completely satisfied.

Recently went to them with a broken refurbished macbook I bought from amazon (do not recommend) and I know nothing about laptops and they very easily could have asked me to get whatever was broken fixed but instead they told me not to investigate it and ruin my warranty and send it back to wherever I got it from. I then bought one of their refurbished macbooks this week and for the price I paid (£199) it works great and you wouldn’t know how cheap it was. Not to mention their shop is very friendly and welcoming and you can feel confident they know what they’re talking about.

The Mac I'm typing this on comes from The iT Store. It was a great value refurb in great condition. They also did a fantastic job of taking the good parts from two battle damaged 2015 MacBook Pros and turning them into one good one for my 12 year old son. They are a mine of information on all things Apple and are great at weighing cost/benefit of any repairs. Recommended.

I went to the iT Store for an assessment of my laptop after it was damaged by a terrible repair shop and the guys were very very helpful, professional and friendly. If you have any problem with your Apple electronics I strongly recommend to go to this shop!!

Fantastic service from the iT store on Burgate. Oliver and Taylor were a great help to me after getting completely ripped off/scammed by one of those "phone repair and vape shops" on the high street. Expensive lesson. Anyway, Oliver and Taylor spent a lot of time helping me and gave me a good deal on some products that I am now very happy with. Thanks guys, will happily return if I ever need IT-related service in the future. Highly recommend this shop.

Brilliant support and totally saved us when the company Mac died. Neil and the team are excellent and highly recommend both their repair and support and their computer sales.

I had a problem with my iPad and went to the IT store in Canterbury. They were so helpful thank you so much for sorting my problem out.

Not being fully tech savvy myself, these guys were able to best guide me for my tech needs and assist in the repair and retrieval of data. I will definitely return to the I.T. Store.
