I requested express shipping to get it…
I requested express shipping to get it before christmas. I STILL dont have it. I asked for my money back for the express shipping portion because it wasnt here in the time window it said. I was told some bs about how 3 days of prep time is not included in the shipping time?????? No one ever does that and you should be honeat about that. And not to mention i was told they could give me the express shipping money in the form of store credit.... to force me to spens more money on the site where my christmas gift for my grandpa was ruined because it was also the gift from my grandma.... yeah really wanna spend more here after that. Not to mention i still dont have what i paid for.

I purchased a keyboard for my ipad 2021 on November 28th in Mississippi. It is now January 3rd and I still don't have my product. They don't have a phone where you can call. They answered about 3 of my emails stating that I would receive my product, but I never did. They don't want to refund me my money. Lesson Learned. I will never buy from these theives ever again!

Impractical case and unhelpful customer care
The iPad Pro Magnetic Folio case was very flimsy and impractical. The detachable case seems heavier than the outer Origami case which makes it difficult to use.
I contacted Mave to raise this issue but the outcome was not helpful. If I knew I would have to pay a returned postage fee and also a restocking fee I would not have bothered to buy from Mave. Very disappointed!

I bought the Swift 360 keyboard case…
I bought the Swift 360 keyboard case for my iPad Pro (13). After a simple set up and bluetooth connection, the case works really well with a nice rotation functionality. It has a good, solid feel, and a reassuringly pleasant keyboard that is well spaced and good to use.
The slot for a stylus is a great touch that holds an electronic pencil in place securely.
Overall, I recommend this tablet case for anyone wishing to protect their iPad and use as a laptop.

All in all it was a good buying experience Customer service was quite helpful. The keyboard I ordered arrived well packed but the “glow” feature doesn’t work as advertised and there were to discolouration spots on the metal portion. Can’t be bothered returning it so I will just use it as is. It types nice (the feel of the keyboard) but lags when switching applications (doesn’t connect right away).
