Today I have completed both my level 2 and level 3 E-learning PT course with the training room and my tutor was Hasit Jethwa, who was always quick to mark my coursework and always provided useful feedback for areas I struggled with. Passed all exams first time too

The Training Room made it simple and quick to become certified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Liz, my tutor, was superb. She went out of her way to provide personalised feedback for each of us and to give useful, practical tips for succeeding in the industry. However, I wish there had been more time spent during the course actually practising our coaching skills on the gym floor.

Great course and a fantastic company. After a slow start with my original tutor who decided to move on I was blessed with Amanda. What. A. Tutor!

She was patient, had a great teaching style and a great communicator.

My completion of the TQUK Level 3 Teaching Assistant course was a productive and stimulating experience, which enabled me to find permanent employment, within a year of my arrival in the UK.
With no experience or insight into the primary and secondary education system of the UK, it was entirely due to the Training Room course of study that I was able to gain the theoretical background need to work as a volunteer in a school. It was also the Training Room that provided me with the necessary reference to gain entry into a school, for the hands on training in the first instance.
My first school looked at the details of the Training Room course, and accordingly offered me a four month full time training opportunity, covering every aspect of the course work. During this phase, with the coursework substance I was engaged with, I was able to relate meaningfully with the school staff, who were entrusted to with train me.
In the reverse process, the hands on training enabled me to respond to my Training Room tutors with relevant answers to course work, with practical insight. The total process of learning that I could subject myself to provided me with the stimulation I needed to pursue this endeavor.
It also did something more, particularly for me as a foreign national, to be able to gain acceptance among the teaching fraternity I had to work with, as the Training Room material gave me the necessary background to project myself with a seriousness of purpose, among experienced teachers and teaching assistants.
After my training as a volunteer, I was able to move into paid employment as a supply teaching assistant to many schools. In all of this, at interviews and work, I was able to competently use the theoretical background gained through Training Room material and tutoring.
I have no doubt that the Training Room course structure, and its well-researched substance, and its user friendly web presentation for on-line learning is a valuable and workable asset to teacher trainees.
This has enabled me to gain permanent employment as an EAL (English as an additional Language) TA, now working within an English Department of a regular secondary school, assisting in the teaching of neuro typical and neuro diverse students upto year 11. They include UK students with weak core grammer skills due to diagnosed SEN conditions, and foreign students whose native tongue is not English, such as the newly arriving Ukranian refugee children.
To me it is allowing a new direction to a teaching career, paving the way for teacher training for a South Asian (Sri Lankan) English language graduate, with no previous experience in teaching, I had this first exposure to a new profession in a foreign country, with the Training Room being the first stepping stone to schools in the UK.

Fantastic programme and wow Liz Shaw... what an amazing teacher. Liz Shaw is an inspiring and motivating character who believes in everyone. I am so grateful for all her hard work and patience she had with us. I would really recommend this course to people who are wanting a challenge and seeking to learn something new and exciting. I came out of this course with so much more knowledge and expertise in personal training. Thank you!

The whole process so far has been welcoming and friendly. The Training Room has such a variety of courses to offer with wonderful support. For me, choosing a course can be nerve-racking but having Laura Campbell guided me through the process and made this decision easy. She was informative, empathetic and very helpful.

I did not enrol nor did I access any course material, simply registered my interest and cancelled within the given time period.

I've been advised I'm due a refund for registration fee which was paid to you on the 16-09-2022 but still yet to receive this?

I had a great time with the training room, brilliant stuff, our tutor (Liz) was so friendly and well experienced. She was very clear and passionate about what she was teaching. I am very happy with everything. I know it was not easy but we did it very well. My main reason to give 5 stars is the fact that our tutor Liz was the great tutor I have ever seen and she has done an excellent job.
so once again many thanks for everything.

The class is very good I have been enjoying it and it is very informative. Liz is a open minded and very explanatory high energy teacher. My one thing is in the future maybe half hour speed sessions in class for the theory test. Other than that all is great. :)

The training room has been such a fun educational experience due to having LIZ SHAW as my teacher!!!She is so supportive, amazing at teaching & keeping everyone focused & really knows her stuff !! I have done the fast track course in level 2 & 3 & it definitely has been overwhelming but with LIZ help & paitence I have managed to get through it !!! I'am also going on to doing my level 4 in strength & conditioning & nutrition which I'm really looking forward too & I hope LIZ is still going to be my teacher ahaha!!! If you are looking to have a career in the fitness industry I definitely recommend the training room !!!

The course was intensive but it has been worth the time and effort. The information given was easy to consume and help was given when needed.

Thanks to Liz Shaw for making this experience enjoyable, if I could I would take this course again.

The training room was a great experience and i really enjoyed my time here.

I have learnt a lot throughout this course and i am confident going into the future with the knowledge i have developed.

As well as the PT and biological side of the course, i have also learnt strategies to develop the beginnings of a business and strategies for marketing a service if i were to become my own business.

The atmosphere is great, everyone is involved. Also its a friendly environment and everyone gets along well :)

Very pleased with the tempo and detail of both Level 2 and 3 of this course. Liz is a great communicator with perfect class management skills, empathy and motivation.
My only indifference would be a greater emphasis and focus on mental health, alternative activity and changing lives & attitudes (perhaps less focus on gym sets/reps).
