A unique gift! My daughter really wanted a Bonsai Tree for Christmas. After searching the internet I found Urban Botanist , thanks to their wonderful customer service and helpful advice I was able to buy my daughter a beautiful Bonsai Tree, with little fairy lights and a personal wood curving. My daughter absolutely loves her Christmas present.

Absolutely love my Eco sphere, so much so I will probably indulge in some more! I can't fault the next day delivery. I won't bother with buying the lights in future,they can be purchased elsewhere for a lot cheaper,other than that,I want more!

The product was in good quality but the street number was typed wrongly by the courier company. The driver delivered it to the next building on that street and luckily, both landlords knew each other and it was brought to the recipient after verification of the recipient's name.

Staff polite and helpful, bought one large and 3 small Hydroponic plants in backlit bowls, pleased with purchase but one small plant had all the leaves broken off during shipping due to poor packing, so still waiting to see if plant will recover. No tracking of parcel so unable to chase up consignment when not delivered on expected date.

I bought this as a gift and it was delivered promptly, the packaging was as really good and protected it. I bought the baby petit which was bigger that expected which was a lovely surprise. Plants were fresh and healthy ! Loved it, as did the recipient

Delivery without notice the people inside the house and left the package overnight under the rain.

All great so far - one succulent looks a bit sad, possibly dying but really it is a lovely Advent Calendar. I do not know what else is coming. If only one set of lights, next time I would suggest more than that as the fairy lights are lovely.

We had an extremely last minute request for a number of Terrariums to be used as part of an event at Cop26. The team went above and beyond to fulfill the order at very short notice and we cannot thank them enough. The terrariums are absolutely stunning and made their debut at Kelvingrove Art Gallery with HRH Prince Charles. Terrariums fit for a royal display! Thank you Anne-Marie and the team.

overall a good product (the advent calendar) just a little bit upset with a few of the surprises.( i.e. one was a wooden disc saying merry Christmas and another was a plant pot then the plant in the next box the day after) I would have also thought there would be a little card/tag with each plant to explain what they are and how to look after them. I know that looks like a rant but its not... Very happy apart from the few little things that would make it a bit more special.
