Poor service unhelpful do not use

Order placed delivery within 24hours - didnt arrive emailed but received no reponse tried calling but was closed emailed again no response called monday got a avery unhelpful person with no customer service skills claiming I was emailed immediately to say it was delayed- not received and as I pointed out no response to my emails- asked for a refund but was tols it had been dispatched that day (9 days late and was a present) did arrive next day but due to the bad delivery and poor attitude i would recommend you avoid using this company

Shirt received - good quality

Ordered a retro 70's shirt for a friends birthday on 25.10.16 - as usual I left it late - received confirmation from paypal, and was advised that email would be sent from Toffs once despatched - no email so today called Toffs and spoke tova lovely pleasant lady who confirmed the order and advised me shirt had been despatched. Email to follow... should have shirt in next couple of days. Next thing hsdca knock at the door and my ordr ftom Toffs was received. Really impressed with shirt quality (even though team isn't) and swift service. Will definitely use again

TERRIBLE

Although i'm more than happy with the products, the service is absolutely dreadful. I have purcahsed 2 shirts recently (both gifts and both late) The first t shirt took 6 weeks to arrive and all I was offered was a measly gift card to show them what I have purchased for them. They had no mention on their website that it would take "28 days" perhaps if they did, I wouldn't be so infuriated.
Secondly, after ordering the second shirt and receiving the same message. I complained and explained how this level or service without any warning is unacceptable and they should value their customers a bit more. 2 weeks later I have had no reply. NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I'D RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME. Official Review to come on my youtube channel once the t shirt arrives.

As promised

After reading below reviews i was a little unsure whether or not to use this company, however i was pleasently suprised.

I ordered wednesday the italy top was delivered friday as promised, it looks a great quality too however it still has to stand the test of the gym!!!

Freat experience toffs did exactly what it says on the tin.... Well done guys

Dreadful

Ordered a nice-looking shirt on 9th December for Christmas... refunded on the 21st. Reason being was that the order would 'not be ready in time' and that I'd have to 'make do with a gift card' until the item would be ready in January.

As if that wasn't galling enough, in the time it had taken for this to come to pass I received NO information from them instructing me what was going on, and moreover the store ignored my first attempts to contact them (initially by email).

Avoid this shoddy service at all costs, buy your replicas from eBay.

Customer service.

The shirt was alright. The service was something else. To start with there was nothing easily accessible on their website giving information on lead time. I ordered the shirt over the phone as it was to be personalised and it was for a birthday present - the person who took my order didn't tell me there was a four week delivery - and sounded as though she was doing me a favour by taking my order...I asked if they could send a gift receipt as I didn't want the price to be visible as it was a gift - the answer was "no we can't do gift receipts.

I wanted to track the order so I paid an extra £4.95 for tracking as the order came to over £50. I then went online to create an account so I would have a record of my order. thinking Toffs would add my order to my profile - nothing happened. I sent various emails over the progress of the order and was assured that "I'll look out for your emails and let you know" - again, nothing of the sort.

At last the despatch conformation email arrived..I eagerly opened it to find the tracking details - there were none - the message was 'your order has been despatched' - great! I rang them after the shirt arrived late and asked why no tracking number after I'd paid £4.95 for one - the answer was along the lines of 'we sent it out on Thursday and we didn't get any tracking details from the courier'.

Never again.

How Many Toffs Staff does it take to cancel and order

Placed an order sunday night, rang up first thing Monday morning to cancel, spoke to agent who didn't take any personal details said he would cancel order, thought it was bit strange and hadn't had an email confirmation so called back later that day, new agent confirmed it wasn't done so he would do it and sent confirmation, and refund would be issue next day. Waited a couple of days for refund paid by paypal so refund would be instant. So I rang again, agent said order has been cancelled but refund hasn't been issued, would call me back, call back received the next day stating order has been sent. I would have to return item and then I would get refund. Item returned on Friday, I rang up on Wednesday to chase, item is sitting on desk waiting to be dealt with.
Worse customer service EVER,!!!! Will never deal with again.

I love the shirts,but...

The shirts are outstanding,so much so I've purchased 13 of em'.

The service provided is another issue all together...no matter what shirt you buy it never seems to be in stock.
4 weeks appears to be standard for delivery know matter what you want.
Dunno if this is just so that MY money is sitting in THERE account for a while for whatever reason.
Even if by chance one of your shirts are ready & you happen to have purchased 2,they will wait until the other is ready before delivery,coincidently around the 4 week mark.
Also..they wont inform you of any of this,its not until you loose patience & phone up & ask that you'll get any information out of them.

I've come to the conclusion that there's one person out the back making shirts on a loom.
My record so for is Fastest-3 1/2 weeks , Slowest-7 weeks.

The shirts are fantastic,the rest is just frustrating.
