great service, very friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable, also they found a car for my daughter that we were struggling to find her, she required an automatic 1.0 litre and our budget was £5000 as it was her first car, the guys in the office said they would find a car and within 48 hours they had a great low mileage fiesta so we ended up buying 2 cars. also no pressure sales and both cars are being serviced and new MOTs put on them.

Due to the lack of customer support of various problems with a car that was only bought a month ago, keep taking the car back every 5 minutes wouldn't recommend this company.

A big thank you to Jack at the Bishops Stortford branch who was so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process of buying my car. Keeping us updated at all points of the process and answering any questions I had!

He made everything very easy to understand and was patient with us especially throughout lockdown!

World Class. I recently bought a car from Totally Trade Direct and have had a wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff who made the whole process simple, easy to understand and stress free. The fact that they are a RAC approved dealer gives you piece of mind when driving off the forecourt, not to mention the choice of RAC warranty. Would recommend to a friend and hope to go back in the future for an upgrade :)

Never to be used again .. ever! They sold me a car with a known fault, only to force me to claim the repair under insurance....I'm about to go to small claims to recover #250 for a second key that was promised, but never delivered.
I called every day for 30 days straight with not one returned call.
