I honestly cannot praise TUI enough for making my very first holiday experience with them so incredibly special. From the moment we booked our holiday to the moment we returned home, everything was absolutely wonderful.
The whole experience was so smooth, stress-free and enjoyable. The organisation, service and care we received throughout our holiday were fantastic, and every little detail helped make our trip so memorable.
As this was my first holiday experience with TUI, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but they completely exceeded my expectations. I came home with the most amazing memories and a huge smile on my face. ❤️
A massive thank you to everyone at TUI who played a part in making our holiday so perfect. You truly made our experience one to remember.

Bags packed but no rewards
Went onto TUI Smiles the new rewards programme to play Pack Your Bags game. Apparently a suitcase graphic opens and you click on an item to win a reward related to your upcoming booking. I tried this today and as is often the case with TUI website and app the familiar Something Went Wrong message appeared. So no reward for me. Tried to get an answer on the chat on the app but got nowhere.

Great holiday without any drama
Great holiday without any drama. From original flights and seats no changes from booking to holiday. Didn’t need a rep but everything was at hand if needed by the App.
Only little thing I would say and this may have been a one off. When we arrived at Kefalonia, everything went as usual until we got outside. Instead of a group of reps taking your name and hotel etc, we were in a long queue to see 1 rep for directions. This queue also blocked the doors preventing people getting out of airport. I know that the bus number should show on app but apart from still on airplane mode I do not have roaming charges.

I lost money because of your employees…
I lost money because of your employees in Doncaster. They were not properly trained and did not know how to explain the situation to me. They cancelled my holiday because, apparently, the date was entered incorrectly when I made the booking. This was not my fault, and I should not have to lose money because of your employees’ mistake and lack of proper training.
