Very quick and easy to follow, even for visitors from outside of Germany. Only minor gripe was that it was not possible to download the digital pass to my Apple wallet.

I was easily able to purchase the pass, but I haven't been able to use it yet.

Not worth your money!
I wanted to buy tickets for attractions in Athens, such as the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. While searching online, a pop-up for the TurboPass Athens City Pass appeared. At first, I thought it was an official city or government tourism pass, so I purchased it.
When I realized it was not an official pass, I immediately tried to cancel my order. I was told I would be charged a €30 cancellation fee per ticket, even though I had not yet received anything from them. Because of that, I decided to keep it.
I selected a 9:00 a.m. entry time for the Acropolis and activated the audio guide included with the pass. On the day of our visit, after walking from our hotel to the Acropolis, I presented my QR code and discovered that my entry time had been changed to 12:00 p.m. without my knowledge. I was extremely frustrated because I had planned my day around the 9:00 a.m. entry, and I would never have chosen noon in the middle of the summer heat.
To make matters worse, I later found out that the audio guide they advertised as part of the pass is actually included with the standard €30 Acropolis ticket. I had paid over $100 USD for the pass.
During our four-night stay in Athens, we used the pass for only three things: the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the hop-on, hop-off bus. The pass also includes attractions like the Museum of Illusions, but unless you have several extra days in Athens, I don’t think they’re worth sacrificing time that could be spent visiting the city’s historical sites. Even after four nights, we still didn’t have enough time to see everything we wanted.
The hop-on, hop-off bus can be purchased separately for about €12, making it a much better value.
Overall, I found the TurboPass Athens City Pass to be misleading, overpriced, and poor value for money. I would not recommend purchasing it.

I think the service and pass works fine, but I was disappointed when I purchased my pass to find that the activity I intended on booking was already sold out for the day (Acropolis entry in Athens). Had I known or there was an option to check availability prior to purchasing I would have purchased a different product, as I ended up not getting the value from this pass and had to find an alternative which cost more money 😔. It was too late to cancel before I realised unfortunately.

We purchased the Turbo pass for Rome.
A few things went wrong.
When you purchase the ticket, it does not!!!!!! say that you have to fill in your passport names!!!!. It only says....first name.
We stood at the Colloseum and they didn't let us in. Because our first name is not the same as our birthday names in our passports We had to buy new tickets.
And when we complaint by turbopass, you get the same answer as in all the reviews...we're sorry.
But that doesn't help. They say it's clear what name you have to fill in when you purchase a card, but that is not true!!!
Furthermore, you buy an expensive card and you can have to tickets online and the other tickets you have to get in person. Also not clear on the website.
It's cheaper to make several reservations for everything you want to visit. So please do not buy this card.
The service is not good. They're only sorry, but they do nothing to help you.
I will share this on my Instagram and with all my friends , relatives etc. Do not buy a turbo pass.
A very disappointed customer
Online Group booking ticket for Munich card did not give me the option to add the other members of my party to the pass.
I emailed them and they were quick to respond and ensured me that I have the correct product.

Overall this pass was worth it. We had a great time in Venice, and with selecting the water transport in this pass we were able to make the most of our time.
If I have to give a criticism, I'd like to point out how the Doge's Palace & Correr Museum (as well as other Saint Mark's Square Museums) tickets are issued. The main issue is when you go to the Doge Palace, they also print the rest of the Saint Mark's Square museums tickets at the same time. Further they do not mention that the other Saint Mark's museums ticket is only valid for 24h after being printed. We were disappointed when we arrived at the Correr Museum the next day (28h after our visit to the Doge's Palace) to have the ticket be invalid and therefore could not enter the Correr, National Archaeological, or Marciana National Library museums as they are all connected. I think this information needs to be specifically noted on the website so everyone is aware of the time limits to assist in planning their visit.
Other than that you have to pickup your tickets at the ticket booth, which isn't a big deal and the rest of the instructions given are very well detailed to access all of the attractions.

The pass is good, but it does not guarantee the availability of bookings, even when reserved well in advance. Sometimes, bookings are cancelled at the last moment despite being confirmed.
Overall, the tour representatives are helpful and professional. However, a few employees, such as Mr. Hunter, are extremely rude and lack basic courtesy and professionalism.
On the other hand, the Turbo support team is excellent and has been very helpful.

The service needs to be improve. Money you charged the service is not much.
Customer support too late to help. Our holiday already ended. Yes, 10% refund as promised after we are stress out. Thanks. And of the day time is cold, money is next. We can’t cancel our plane ticket. God bless you.

I had a great experience with TurboPass Munich City Pass. Everything worked exactly as promised. I simply showed the QR codes at the ticket counters and the staff issued my tickets without any issues. I had access to almost every major attraction and museum in Munich, which made sightseeing incredibly easy and stress-free. It's also excellent value for money. If you plan on visiting several attractions, you'll end up spending around the same amount (or even more) buying individual tickets, so the city pass is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich who wants a convenient and cost-effective way to explore the city.

Excelent card with many discounts in museums, day trips, etc. but its real usefullness is the uncounted use of U Bahn, S Bahn, buses, trams in the area you select.

The booking process was convenient and very fast.

The card was simple to purchase and easy to use. Peace of mind using public transit and at museums. Thank you!

It was easy to purchase and I love how you are so detailed on how to use the card at the different venues. You are very good at being detailed on where to meet for certain events.
