Didn’t even want to give them 1 star my husband ordered a pair of VaporMax for himself and I they are absolute crap total fakes and really bad ones at that could have got better fakes on holiday for half the price Total scam shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people it’s a disgusting

I've just received 2 pairs of vapormaxs and they are fine so far....they are the right colours and everything...it indeed did come with the 2 free Nike hats that they said would come....only thing is is that I ask for 1 black hat and they sent both white....but that's not a big issue it's free anyway

Bought a pair of supposedly Men Nike Air Max 90 Black.
Arrived quite quickly and they had very generously addeed a free White Nike Baseball Cap.

The N and E of Nike 9on the cap where at strange angles and thicker stitching than the I or K.

The Nike shoes looked nothing like the pair my son currently owns.

Quite clearly they are fakes.

Such bad fakes that they wouldn't be able to sell them locally in China so had to go online with them.

Offered me £10 and then £15 discount to keep them, 'You can give them to your family members or friends'.
I could but family or friend would think me very odd if they received these as a gift.

Despite there being a UK return address on the packaging I recieved the following from the company:

Avoid these scam merchants!!!!!!!

I was unfortunately one of those duped by the appearance of a site that appeared to have a uk presence but in fact does not. The website is also unavailable with error code 522. They are either USA or China based, the card company said HK. The goods are not mailed from uk outlet but from abroad. The tracking number looks like a uk Royal Mail tracker but is not and it is not EMS either. Amazingly the goods did show up and on arrival my daughter who is a Nike fan declared them to be FAKE and not even a good copy, material used differed slightly the tongue had air720 not Airmax. Stitching slightly differed from both shoes and was not symmetrical.
Fortunately please know you may have protection with card company under buyer protection and if as I did, I purchased as believed in advertisements stating they where Nike, based in uk from uk distributor.

Do not trust this site do not use.

I wish I'd read these reviews 1st, ordered 1 pair and got what i thought were authentic nike air 720's, ordered a 2nd identical size and colour pair and before they arrived the 1st pair started to fall apart, then the 2nd pair arrived, awful quality, different colour, multiple defects and design looked nothing like the 1st pair. Can't stress enough, THEY ARE FAKE FAKE FAKE!!

Please do not trust this site. I purchased trainers from this site and have been conned out of £72.37. After ordering the goods I never received a confirmation, no trainers and now out of pocket.
I paid by credit card hoping that if anything did go wrong I would be able to claim. It turns out I cannot claim because I have no confirmation of purchase

Don’t touch this company with a barge poll!! Not only is everything fake but when they sent me sunglasses after I ordered TRAINERS they then refused to give me a refund even though they admitted the mistake was there’s!!

If a site is selling Trainers/Sneaker at a price that’s to good to be true, you’re going to receive fake shoes it’s blatantly obvious.. stop using these site and only purchase from genuine online retailers, you know who they are! Always do your research into site selling things at a price that’s to good to be true, it’s obviously going to be a fake item you receive.. These sites prey on those who have less money to splash out, don’t give them your money, save up for a genuine authentic item.. no body wants to be seen wearing fake clothes, save your money.
Everything on the site is the same price, the original prices are even wrong.. stop being gullible people.

I tried to get some trainers from ukna they took my card details a week later they said out of stock ok.so I got another pair from jd when site.7 weeks later a pair come from ukna they never took the money off me so they were free but they were so f@cking bad I give them to a homeless man even he said I can't sell these for crack you ant fooling no one with them so I gave them to my pit bull and chewed them up in 10 seconds flat.dont get anything off the ukna site even if they are for free

Just received my daughters nike air 720 trainers. Really badly made obviously fake. Stitchings all over the place. Sole has a gab where the glue has missed. Stitching near the laces are really bad looks a mess. I’v emailed The company so just waiting for a response as I want a full refund. I paid on credit card so hopefully i’ll Get my money back. Very disappointed that i’v Been sent fakes!

Terrible service, I didn’t realise until too late that these are a Chinese company, they look good on the site and prices are reasonable so alarm bells didn’t ring, the item has not been received, emails are now non existent since this one!

Base on current situation, it seems that your package has reached your country but be missing by your local postal office, we suggest you to contact your local carrier to ask them to make a compensation and we can provide invoice to support. We are not responsible for this case because we can’t control the carrier out of our country. Thank u for your kindly understand.

Ordered trainers. Read reviews and immediately tried to cancel order by email. Got no response so rang credit card company to try to stop payment which they couldn’t do.
Never heard anything for 4 days and was then sent a tracking number. I emailed again and then got a response saying they could not stop the order and I should see the trainers when they arrive.
In the meantime credit card company said that because the website states you can cancel in 24 hours and before despatch they would charge back the company as they had not complied with this but I had to wait 14 days from order date and prove to them (send copy emails) that I had tried to cancel before the despatch.
The trainers did arrive after about 10 days. I opened them, they were clearly counterfeit so took lots of pics, packed the parcel back up (all whilst delivery driver waited) and rejected the package.
I did this as extra leverage against the company so that the credit card company would reverse the payment. I got the money back after the 14 days through chargeback. Such a stressful experience but if paid on credit card you should be able to get your money reimbursed.

Wrote a dispute to them and got my money back the next day. Full refund.

Scam company Avoid
Paid for trainers which have never arrived, have not received any information from the company whatsoever.
Just out to steal your money.

Extremely happy with this. Although I bought the shoes and THEN looked at the reviews I thought I was a bit stupid however the shoes are completely authentic, was able to track the delivery the whole way and only took 9 days to come. Perfect quality and very comfortable shoes. (I purchased the Nike air max grey 97s BTW)

Wish I had done more research. Fake. Shoes arrived falling apart.
This was the sellers response when I advised I wanted a full refund. "If you want to exchange, we will send you the address and make exchange for you after we get and examine your returned package. But return and exchange will take long time now. And you have to pay for the shipping cost of return. If you can keep them, we can give you £15 as compensation after get a permission from supervior. If you want to place a new order, we will also give you 15% discount"

Should have paid attention to the reviews, this is not a UK based company!! Brought vapour max trainers, the bubble was under inflated and aren’t the genuine article. Emailed them and said they would give £5 compensation. Emailed them with pictures with the deflated sole said they would give £12 compensation. Emailed again explained that they were unsuitable and wanted money back and return details, offered £20 compensation. Eventually they sent returns information costing me £17 to send them back awaiting a response.......Should have remembered the old saying “if it’s too good to be true, then it probably is”.

Was rather annoyed after reading reviews after I ordered, thought I'd been ripped off, but glad I did order as they arrived today & identical in every way to my old ones which are known to be genuine so a double 👍👍 from me, also sent from uk with a returns address

Paid over £65 for trainers that never arrived even though money was taken from credit card. Emailed on a number of occasions but these were either ignored or had a spurious reply looking for further details of order which were ignored and have not received any explanation or offer of resolution. Why can’t there be a zero rating!!!!!! Avoid this company at all costs.
