Do not buy any thing off this company. My son was ripped off buy them. They asked him to pick another pair of trainers due to not having the 1 he wanted. He asked for a full refund but they will not respond to his emails.

Ordered Nike trainers at my sons request. All I can say is they are shocking an absolute terrible fake @ £80. I have emailed them asking for a refund and have responded with this !

Sorry to hear that. Return or exchange will take long time, even more than a month. So it may not be the best choice for both of us. If you can keep them, we can give you £5 as compensation. Which one would you prefer?
I have responded that I want a refund as I have not been sent the goods I ordered and now passed onto my credit card company. Only order from here if you want fake goods.

I'm happy very happy with my trainers. After reading the reviews of this company I was worried I had wasted my money and honestly though would be making a claim through my credit card to get my money back, But to my surprise the trainers arrived and are as described. I ordered on the 13/04/2019 They arrived 25/04/2019. The tracking number was not much use really as once they reach the dispatching place no more updates happened adding to my suspicions that no trainers would ever come, but they did so all worked out I the end. Would order from here again as the price and delivery were good in my experience.

absolutely shocking, i bought a pair of red vapormax and they came with no air in aswell as the sole being ripped apart like a terrier got a hold of one. cheap chinese company don't buy, if you do good luck as it got delivered in 3 months after order along with no confirmation of order or any dispatch notice.

I Ordered a pair of Airmax on the 8/4/2019 received them today 16/4/2019. Right price plus free delivery. The price is quoted in £ sterling and then charged in Euro's ie £69 charged as 80 euros (approx) this will explain the supposed price difference people are quoting.
I'm no expert but the quality looks fine to me and seem to be genuine although they are made in Vietnam and shipped from China.
So to summarise:- in any online purchase you pay your money and take your chance. I have no complaints and have saved £50/£60 so am a very Happy Bunny.

Please don't order from this website as it's a scam. I placed an order but received no email confirmation. I kept checking the site with my ref but the status just remained at 'processing' despite them taking money from my bank account (as others have stated more than I agreed to pay) after reading poor reviews I sent a message via their website to cancel. Despite strange half Mandarin half French emails saying I'd been refunded I have still not received a refund weeks later. Don't order from them and get caught out like me at the lure of cheap Nikes!

I have bought 3 different pairs of adidas and nike trainers from them and nver had any problems. Dleivery was within 3 weeks,payment was ecactky as advertised on web site and all the trainers were genuine, not fake at all. I have bought unkowingky fake shoes from another site and coild tell the difference. My teenagers have been delighted with them and they have lasted well, will neve order full price nikes again

I ordered 3 pairs of trainers before christmas never received them emailed the company was told they have been sent out then got an email straight after and was told the order was cancelled and refunded what a load of crap because no money has gone into my account Never order from this company its a SCAM.😠

please don't be stupid and naive like I was! ordered some nike air max 97 x kappa because I thought they were really cool and no one had them. I haven't received them yet but they took more money out of my account than authorised which I'm extremely angry about. supposed to take £78 but took £89.56!!!!!!! I also got charged for foreign currency exchange which I was not told about at checkout. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. TRASHHHHHHH.

Bought Nike Air Max Air 27C in Black from Nike official website for £114.99 For Xmas but stumbled on this website few days after I received the Original from Nike. I then decided to order the White colour of same Nike trainer from this website knowing fully well I can always claim my money back from my card provider in case of any dispute.
Lo & behold....the trainer arrived yesterday in a genuine looking Nike box & I can say 100% ( after comparing the 2 Nike) it is ABSOLUTELY worth it.
You will never ever know the difference unless I told you, extremely lovely for the money....less than £70. And it comes with 2 pair of socks as well.
It is definitely worth it.

Rated as a 1, as theres no zero.
The price you pay is different, from that charged.
They sent the wrong size, not even close.
I could keep the trainers, geta refund, which didn't even cover the price difference.

I ordered my sons trainers from here before reading the reviews, to say I was then apprehensive was an understatement. I even checked with the bank who would offer me my money back if I didn't receive them, good to know. Well, they arrived after 17 days in perfect condition! I've been to jd to compare them and there really is no difference at all. I'm very happy with my purchase!

This website is a con, don’t be fooled by the price. First they’re replica shoes but I don’t mind wearing replicas if it’s really cheap but these shoes are 1/2 the price of the original and should have been less than that. I guess if they put it really cheap people will know straight away they are fakes. So by putting 50-60% sale, you think you’re getting a good bargain of genuine shoes but this is not the case. Other annoying thing is they lied about the delivery days, they mentioned 10-12 days and never mentioned they will ship from China. They will take up to two months to deliver your products and will charge you extra for custom, what a cheek. Don’t be fooled by the name UK, it has nothing to do with U.K. Avoid this website at all costs even how tempting it is, you will regret it.

Bought Nike Air Max trainers which arrived post-marked from China. They are definitely fake, and when I emailed back they did not even deny it. Do noy buy from this scam site! : you have been warned.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered and didn't receive. I checked with them they say they were delivered. I checked with royal mail and they were delivered but not to me !! They will not refund me

Ordered a set of nike air max 95 and when they arrived and opened i was very disappointed with the quality of them. To say they are fake is an understatement, they are that bad that i am not able to give them to my daughter for her chistmas preasent. Have now just had to purchase a pair from jd sports. Have put them side by side just to compare and the ones that are being sold by uknashop not only look terrible they are also so much smaller than the genuine pair. They also offer free shipping and free returns which is another lie. They take extra from you as when I paid the trainers should have been £64.99 and have checked my bank and they took £73. Will try to charge for you to return them also even though it says free returns on their website. Was offered £9 to keep them off of the company. Please think twice before purchasing anything from this website or company, if I was able to post pictures of the 2 sets of trainers side by side I would as they are that bad.

THIS IS HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK
Ring your Credit Card and tell them you have received fake goods - they will raise a chargeback for you.
They will contact the brand (in my case Nike) to check if UKNA are an approved retailer - if not your CC will refund you the money
DO NOT SEND THE TRAINERS BACK

After reading about them being fake I have asked for a refund.
I have only been told that I should have cancelled within 24 hours.
They keep sending me the same message again and again. They have not commented on them being fake.
No address to return to either when they do turn up and charged more than they said
This is a scam from China!
They have offered me £12 to keep the trainers, I will be contacting my credit card in hope I can receive the money back through charge back.
They have now offered me £15 to keep and provided a return address. Reading below I know these will never be received by them so I will not be returning.
