First of all, don't be fooled by the name UK, secondly do not believe the number of days mentioned as delivery days since it will take over a month to receive your order.If you are prepared to wait over a month for a replica pair of shoes coming from China then this website is great for you.

I ordered two pair of Nike air max ultra. Cost me 134 pounds however they charged me an extra 11 pounds for shipped fee. Lucky for me I paid by credit card I rung bank next day realise they were fake. Too good too be true and nothing ever is. I sent email to them same day saying I no longer required the trainers. Week later they refunded the money in my bank but not the 11 pounds shipping fee. UKNA Shop totally fake and on my bank transactions says there in Singapore.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
I have not recieved the trainers I ordered, they have taken my money, they will not give me a refund even though they have not adhered to their terms (delivery 10-20 days). The tracking site says they are still in China....

I want to share with you my little opinion about this site called uknashop.com !
Almost 2 days ago exactly i ordered from this site 2 pairs of nike air and vapor max plus wich i've paid for them 156.68 !
Immediatly after the order i receive a email confirmation from lebonmarket gateway or lebonmarket.com (is the same belive me ) where i have been told my payment succesfully !!!
More then that 1 min away from the 1'st email... another email coming from the same site lebonmarket.com wich is a france brand i think so...where they told my money was sent to another site 😂 called itnashop.com wich is the same brand with uknashop.com the difference between them is that it is form italy ..i've checked the site and is in italian language ...is look this site is spreading in more languages !
What I did not understand is what they have in common all this as long as I ordered only from one site and why should I have another site that has nothing to do with the one from which I made the order to send me an email with my payment !
My finally question is what they have in common uknashop.com with lebonmarket.com or itnashop.com?
Who have the answer, i know no one 😑 !
I am sure i was scammed by this site
but to my surprise I saw positive comments here !
Me to be honest i don't think so this order willy be a succes for me because this site uknashop.com don't have a customer service number ...nothing where to go and tell your problem, just a chance to text an email and you'll never know if you have a response !
That's it i can't do nothing but for the future i will be more responsible with what i order!

Ordered shoes from here. Order goes to China. They took more money from my card than authorised. Then I got an extra charge for international currency. Still waiting for my fakes to arrive. Can't believe I've been conned like this.

I placed an order for some trainers for my daughters birthday. I requested a fast delivery but was told this was not an option. This was not a problem. However, after 20 days (delivery was supposed to be 10-20 days) I emailed them. I got an immediate response saying that they had refunded my money as I had not specifically asked them to continue with the order after requesting a faster delivery. However, after checking my accounts I have not received a refund. To date I have requested 12 times a copy of a remittance detailing the last 3 digits of the account or card that they refunded the money to. I keep getting the same response "we refunded to the card you paid with"

With no other avenue to contact them I am left with no trainers and out of pocket. Do not trust this company - they take your money and do not deliver your goods. Do not be tempted by the very attractive prices - as they say if you think it is too good to be true, it probably is!!!

Buy from your local shops and support your local economy. Don't buy from this dodgy website.
I purchased a pair of 'Nike Air Max' at a cost of €86 (£80). They were supposed to be size UK 7, but when they arrived, and I measured them against a genuine pair of Nikes size UK 7, they were 2 sizes smaller, obvious cheap fakes, and obviously would not fit my son who takes UK size 7. I eventfully got a return address from customer service; they had been strongly discouraging me from returning the trainers, and kept offering me paltry amounts in compensation to keep them, £7, then £9, then £11. I posted them to China using registered post, at a cost of €20 on 9th October, and over a month later, I see from using Track and Trace that they are being detained by Chinese customs. Customer services at UKNA have been singularly unhelpful and I have a very strong feeling that I will not see my €100 again. If I am wrong, and I get my refund, I will post on this site. But I won't hold my breath. Save yourself high blood pressure and headaches and pay a few extra £'s or € (as in the end I would have bought a proper pair for an extra €20) and buy genuine shoes from local shops where you can return them if there are any issues.
*Update l received the too-small expensive fakes back today, 12th April 2019. Chinese customs obviously released them back to me...So l now have in my possession a very expensive pair of poor quality size UK5 shoes.. l repeat avoid UKNA like the plague.

Has anybody placed an order where status says cancelled but received a text message saying money has been taken?

Almost brought a pair from here glad I read the reviews. Don't buy if you do it's your own call. Replica trainers not originals....

I ordered a pair of trainers from ukna and they arrived 10 days later.Thats fast delivery from china.They arnt genuine but I'm sure your aware of that.customer service is useless but they definitely deliver the goods.So for that reason alone I'm giving UKNA a 5 stars

The trainers they sell are fake!! allbeit good fakes ive had mines checked and compared to the genuine ones after the soles on my vapormax burst after 3 weeks.
1- The most important give away is price..You really need to think guys why they can sell new release trainers that sell out on the Nike site for a fraction of the price..why would they do that? Saying that i fell for it☹
2- The insoles which in genuine trainers are quite thick and rigid in the fakes they are floppy and thin and have a blue backing sometimes.
3- Another one is inside the trainers the label should state Nike and the size etc in the fakes the label can be blank.
If you dont mind buying or wearing a decent pair of fake trainers then thats up to you to go ahead and buy personally id rather pay a bit more for the genuine article.

Major update

This company has either sold or passed my card details on or there has been a major breech in security as the only purchase on this card has been with them and it has been charged. No customer service understanding, common sense or sympathy

A company called “AIP*GZHEFAN Trading Company”, used my details they are on Facebook as a Middle Eastern trading company trading in stocks and currencies and shares I can imagine and a Chinese jewellery maker, dodgy as fcuk and this experience has actually put me off trading in this area anymore. Extremely bad customer service with no replies and serious breach of data. Have half a mind to contact action fraud, Interpol and trading standards and take out a small claims and sue them but obviously do not have the time as I am to busy

First pair of trainers arrived in the post and they are legit and just as good as the JD sports I paid over £100 more for, then so happy ordered another but didn’t have in stock so I requested another pair which they sent the wrong size in and are now contesting are not, they are a size 9.5 and I have another two pairs of size 11 which these are not, even according to their own terms which they had the cheek to bring up it says if fault lays with them....they should at least admit they have sent me the wrong sized trainers despite what the label says and will not pay for shipping or exchange which they should do, it being their fault and according to their own terms it fault lays with them then full responsibility rests on them, am having to go through my bank to get my money back and resolve issue or small claims…being an international company from China, not very professional or easy to return so have vowed never to do business with them despite their goods which have over 130% off high street prices.

Alright so update after the second pair they did not have any of my chosen trainers 👟 they sent some out which seem fake you cane see a clear 2-4mm gap in the stitching of the sole to the upper part and no insole so the latest pairs are very poor quality bordering fakes and poor quality I might add.

Also all this crap about banks scrapping card charges is a lie at least here there was a card and international transaction fee which was around a £5 something they do not make clear at point of purchase and only when the banks charge for the transaction.

They are also impossible to reach via their online chat facility messaging email 📧 forms. And only respond when it is in their interest in this case to rob you. If you try to contact or trace this person or actually find their business details it is anyone’s guess seems French by some of the language used and no phone or seemingly physical address if things do go tits up. This has been an important lesson from ordering online and to only deal with reputable companies you can actually get some accountability for your purchases.

Not good for finding stock information so utterly pointless and probably best to avoid.

Not the greatest of experiences

Ps-what I find most annoying about this company is that they do not update their stock on their site so I had to choose 3 or four different style of trainers from their site before they had some in stock, as the purchase was around £10 cheaper then the original choice and them not refunding the difference I found that this was unacceptable and very unprofessional too.

Also doesn’t have most of the sizes I want in anything above size 10 which is a real shame :-(

fake trainer site do not buy from here as you will receive £1 trainers if you are lucky, then you will have no way of getting refund, even trading standards dont want to know they told me this is a chinese site and we only deal with uk, even though this site is selling in uk, so looks like they have a free ticket to rip off uk public forever more!!!!! good old trading standards!!

Shoes didn't fit. Had to mail them back to China. Failed to reach supplier so I have had no refund. Terrible shop. Dreadful service.
