For all the tourist. Dont buy any product if you visit italy from the unieuro.
They literally dont know how to provide you with taxfree form. This already caused me more than 400 euro of waste. now that I came back to my country I cannot do anything. They dont wven have simple single support for these issues.

Don't buy from them. I had bought a security chain and they delivered it to me full in dust and the fabric of the product was torned. I contacted them and told me it is not worthy to do all the process of returining the product and they can give me a 5 euro coupon. I demaded my product is replaced and what they brought me was another chain which was also rotten, dirty and torned.

Two weeks now i am asking them to allow me to return the product at store, since waiting for somebody from the company to pick up the product at home is impossible for me and they will not accept it. It is not about the 15 euros that i payed for the chain to begin with, but it is about all the suffering i have been through because of them, and they are not even elastic, so the issue is solved.
I will never buy again from them and do not recommended it to anyone else!

I have bought an espresso machine from Unieuro.it and when i got it, I decided to return it and then ordered another one, It took 5 days and still no reply from customer service and while BRT shows that the parcel delievered but in my Unieuro account still no update. I tried to send Email to customer service but the do not answer me yet. I bought around 3.000 Euros from this website and this is the first time i am struggling with refund. my order No.55355006

On September 25 I went to store Unieuro in piazza San Babila to buy a smartwatch forerunner 255. A salesman that attended me, showed me the smartwatch in exposition and I tried. I told him that I will buy so he told me to go at a cashier and pay the product. I did and return with him to take the product. The salesman gave me the product but he didn’t check with me if the product was correct and I didn’t too. I came back to my country but when I opened the box, for my surprise the box was empty. My smartwatch wasn’t inside the box. Now I don’t have the product and payed 249 euros. So I need a help to fix my problem, because I am totally loss.
I sent an email for you but I didn’t receive an answer yet.

I would give less than 1 star. I ordered a fan but it never arrived. They removed the order number so I cannot track it. They have taken the money but without sending the product. It is hard to get in touch with them.

My cousin went to purchase an iphone 15 so they handed him an old with dent on it by saying that they are bringing it from inside and they unboxed it.Since he is new he was unable to speak Italian so the sales girl took the advantage and handed the dent phone.When he came home to unbox it we were all shocked to see such condition!When we went to fix it they were
extremely rude with unprofessional behaviour and tried to put the blame on us.The cashier girl was quite unprofessional and was rude whole time.Everyone should boycott this place.Worst exprience ever.

I went to the local store in Valla Crosia to buy a Ducati E scooter but they only had one in stock. I needed 4 pcs. So the last 3 should be bought online.
But their site is not working and when i ask if they can deliver to their shop in valla crosia then this is not possible. So"we can not help" is the only message.
Poor customer service ;-(

I put an order and got a message from Unieuro it was sent to me; as written in email 16Dec23.
Today Unieuro wrote device is not available.
I will not buy anything anymore from them.

Bought a rubbish,expensive headphones from them and went on now to review them,since people should know not to waste so much money, only to find that they purposely do not allow you to post reviews on their website. They have a part called "reviews" which is empty and no way to actually publish a review, it's all a little scam. Never seen this on any legitimate website.

I ordered a dishwasher on July 20. The order was immediately confirmed with delivery July 24-28. On July 27, since the website showed no sign of fixing a delivery date and time, we called them at 9 a.m. They responded that it was strange that nobody had processed the order. at 4 pm same day they cancelled my order.

I have a problem with my purchase. The product has defects. After contacting their customer service, they give only promises, but don’t ever solve the problem. Where are my rights from the guarantee????

I have been attempting to purchase an HDTV with the current promotion...however, when it comes to the credit card authorization, I continue to receive error messages. How is this possible? I have multiple credit cards with plenty of credit available. Do you honor your sale prices, or is this a scam to force consumers to come in person to the shop where the prices are higher?

In the store in Montefiascone I received excellent help. I needed a mifi router with a data SIM card for my house in Bolsena. The router works great, but I didn't get the SIM card from WindTre properly (the App on my IPhone doesn't work). The ladies in the store really helped me and now everything works like a charm! Kudos and nothing but praise for this store in Montefiascone.😀😀

I received the order but the vacuum was making a loud noise, so I returned it and got a new one that works. Can give a bad review, not their fault

I ordered the airpods specifically 23 days before christmas, just to avoid the delivery issues. But until now it was not delivered and on the unieuro app says that it was delivered but I don't to whom it was delivered. I contacted the service center so many times and I realized it was waste of my time. The only answer they can give is that they are working. One star because I couldn't write the review without it. SDA is considered as the worst delivery service and still they are shipping with them, no proper facility and tracking information.

I ordered on the official website on November 25th. It was not a large electronic product, but just a tablet computer. But almost two weeks have passed, and my logistics status is still on the 25th "delivered by the courier". I hope the customer service staff can help me to rush the logistics. I will leave Italy soon and go home for Christmas. If I can’t get my tablet before I leave, I can only receive it after the New Year. I’m really sorry but I hope to get your help.

I ordered dyson airwrap online, but didn’t receive it . My order update us delivered and it is not to me. I don’t know who has my order, it says someone’s name who i don’t know . How will i get it? How could your courier just g-ve the package to someone else without even calling me in prior and making sure i am the person.
