I signed up for a free trial then phoned and canceled yet they still sent me a letter home asking for 106 EUR of unpaid fees even though i never used their services!

I called them twice on 05 Jan 1017, the same person answered, refused to forward my call to supervisor and one of the times forwarded my call to another team while I'm still speaking and then they hung up the phone.

The second time she didn't forward my call to anyone else claiming they are short on staff and thats why she answered both times of my calling and then when i asked for her name to keep a record, she hung up.

Company wants me to pay $100 for a service I have never used. Only one customer service representative to contact and she is very rude. Yelled at me and told me to contact the police to fix my issue. Hung up on me twice.

I never used their services after signing up for the "14" day trial and I canceled my trial after just "3" days. Now for almost 3 months I have been getting completely harassed by this company and the "bill" they say I owe keeps going up. The original $106.11 is now over $168 they expect me to pay. They email me and send me letters in the mail weekly. I'm so tired of this. Why is this company still open?

Do not sign up for there FREE trial. Even After cancelling the trial within the 14 day period they will still charge you . customer service is a joke You Have Been Warned !!!!!!!!!!

i took there free trial then cancelled a few days later. then 14 days later they took 95 euros from my account. they keep giving me the run around when trying to claim the monies back. Stay well clear of them DO NOT accept there Free TRIAL

Here we again have a company who do think they are about the law , just read there t&c it is full of crap , If you buy a package and you not use it in a month then they want to charge you for a next month wich i normal see okay but not only they want another month term of money the also remove the traffic you allready paid fore that i direct theft and the i give a damn about t&c and what kind of silk clouds they live under.

Forget coustomer service

when you call to theire coustomer service .. Don´t do it it is like a joke they only words they can spit out is t&c , t&c .... ....

So....

1. Pay for a 250 gb package 29.95 euro
2. Pay Again and then get stolen what you bought last time
3. read t&c

4. Do not become a client find one of the other great usenet providers

5. but ofcourse it is up to you get something for you money or not

6. Usenext also hides in paypal so if you make agreement trough there
then you are in for a hell of a charging ride , and do you belive!?
NO CHANCE OF MAKE A DISPUTE verry strange.
