I've been using Valued Opinions for over 10 years and have always had a good experience. I don't qualify for every survey, but that's not a problem. When I do qualify, the time it takes to do a survey is mostly as predicted.

The rewards are low but it doesn't take long to build up a balance. I have only every redeemed supermarket rewards, these are very easy to use once they have been emailed to me.

It does require commitment to complete surveys and spend a few hours a week to build up credit, but it is worth it over the year.

Each survey says how much it's worth up front in money, not points. First time withdrawal for a £15 Amazon voucher was almost instant.

I enjoy doing surveys with Valued Opinion, as the majority of them are relevant; most, if not all, are also easy to understand and complete

Only just started but everything seems as it says on the label

I do not like having to provide a photo of my driving licence in order to claim my reward. I think this unnecessary and insecure. I do not want other people having a copy of my driving licence. Please delete from your records.

Easy daily surveys, can also gain money from playing games. Started recently, just did first £15 Amazon gift card. Received instantly and worked, so currently website does what it says on the tin.

Dreadful company
I am owed £30 vouchers which were not sent to my email .
I pressed resend 4 times . It did not work .
When you reach out you get an automated email only to repeat previous failed fixes .
Unlike other surveys with a chat facility this company is not interested in resolving issues .
Account closed no £30 still owed

I have been with Valued Opinions for a few years now. There are always a good variation of the length of surveys on offer. I recently had a technical issue at the end of a survey and thought I'd lost the reward. I contacted the customer service and they quickly reassured me the reward would be given. I am very pleased with this company.

My recent contact with customer services was a positive experience. I received a prompt reply, which was friendly and courteous, as well as helpful. I was impressed by how swiftly the problem was resolved.

The survey wasn't working so I reported it and they gave me a reward! Find them very responsive.
Rewards have reduced, 20p is becoming a common payment, but you can still amass a reward fairly frequently, Ive been using them for years and have made a decent amount
