I do not like having to provide a photo of my driving licence in order to claim my reward. I think this unnecessary and insecure. I do not want other people having a copy of my driving licence. Please delete from your records.

Easy daily surveys, can also gain money from playing games. Started recently, just did first £15 Amazon gift card. Received instantly and worked, so currently website does what it says on the tin.

Dreadful company
I am owed £30 vouchers which were not sent to my email .
I pressed resend 4 times . It did not work .
When you reach out you get an automated email only to repeat previous failed fixes .
Unlike other surveys with a chat facility this company is not interested in resolving issues .
Account closed no £30 still owed

I have been with Valued Opinions for a few years now. There are always a good variation of the length of surveys on offer. I recently had a technical issue at the end of a survey and thought I'd lost the reward. I contacted the customer service and they quickly reassured me the reward would be given. I am very pleased with this company.

My recent contact with customer services was a positive experience. I received a prompt reply, which was friendly and courteous, as well as helpful. I was impressed by how swiftly the problem was resolved.

The survey wasn't working so I reported it and they gave me a reward! Find them very responsive.
Rewards have reduced, 20p is becoming a common payment, but you can still amass a reward fairly frequently, Ive been using them for years and have made a decent amount

I have tried multiple times to claim my rewards using the recently introduce Verify but every time I get a message from Verify, "There is a problem - sorry". I have notified Valued Opinions and have received an automatic reply unrelated to my complaint. This outfit is going down rapidly.

this company has gone completely downhill i have been with the company for years and they are making out i am lying on all surveys and banned me from further surveys. they have also done this to other family members. the customer service is poor take months to get back to you. dont waste your time with this company they just use your info and sell it then ban you from completing surveys to make some money.

This is a leading consumer survey site. Consistently having interesting surveys with the best rewards. They pay back gets better the longer you are on-board and raking up completed surveys.

These company simplified survey taking and the survey questions are direct easily understood..I recommend to all asundry.

I was very happy with the service I received and Cielou was very helpful ,my query was understood and resolved very quickly.I received my reward that I did not receive after completing an on line diary.

Fantastic Survey

The questions are easy to answer but I keep getting the same ones. I want a sainsburys token but itbwont let me print one although I have over £20 in my account

Valued Opinion is quite a good survey site covering a good range of topics to study in your spare time .
Saying this I have not tried their Pay out system yet 😊
