Valued Opinions is a great site that pays well. Any issues, which are rare, are handled quickly. Always plenty of surveys to answer.

Surveys are plentiful. Even though you don't qualify for all of them, there's enough going on that there's always options.
Cash outs are swift and efficient

The ease with which I was able to renew my reward was the ' standout'!!

I have been with Valued Opinions for many years, the other day I had a survey that went wrong after 30 minutes, I informed Valued Opinions, and they told me what had happened, and gave me the £1 for the survey.
They always try to help you out , I would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed doing surveys for Valued Opinions and earning some Amazon vouchers but having started my own small business I no longer have the time to spare. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has the time and inclination to complete surveys.

Robbers. They did not accept my photo ID for some made-up reasons, which changed every time the support team mailed me back. On the subject of the support team, I have never read more unprofessional emails than theirs.

Avoid at all cost, you will waste time feeding them free data in the surveys and they will make up reasons for you to fail their ID checks.

I qualified and completly finished a survey a study but after I had spent significant time, effort and my DATA on this survey (at least 15 minutes) when I submitted it suddenly redirected to a page that stated "Your'e a better fit elsewhere" did not log my full completion and provided no compensation for my time, data and effort. This keeps occurring but the company just shrugs its shoulders and says "too bad". This is a thinly veiled way to get your precious data for no compensation and they uesed to be so good.

Had a problem with my account not being able to redeem a reward. Although it was bank holiday I got a response on the Tuesday saying they’d had a technical problem and it had been sorted. Helpful and courteous customer service.

It is a great way to give your opinion on a variety of topics. The rewards are really worth it and the problems are solved very efficiently.

I had a problem with payment which was sorted out - a glitch their end!!! Getting fed up with the company - low payment for surveys which say will be 12 minutes which last far longer. Getting fed up with surveys which suddenly stop - too many little tests before you actually get to start. The only thing is that £10 is the basic end result. Other companies have more interesting surveys and pay more.......

I recommend Valued Opinions. I have been taking surveys for over 10 years now. The Sainsbury rewards are useful to reduce my shopping bill. I recently had a problem with the system. This was dealt with promptly & efficiently.

I've been enjoying doing surveys for Valued Opinions for a return of AUD $1487.86 over 8 years.
Now I'm retired, I'll do surveys while sitting in the sun drinking my morning cuppa, and the rewards keep me in gin to drink of an evening.
Surveys are generally engaging although it is getting much harder to pass the screening stage since I've become old and boring. Some survey agencies deliberately waste your time by asking dozens of survey questions before screening you out for a consolation reward of a whole penny. These make me quite cross because I provide honest, complete answers and the screen-out can be abrupt and thankless.
Customer support is generally good, to excellent, and if you have a technical fault deep into a survey, Valued Opinions will credit the survey amount if you flag it with them.
