I had a problem with payment which was sorted out - a glitch their end!!! Getting fed up with the company - low payment for surveys which say will be 12 minutes which last far longer. Getting fed up with surveys which suddenly stop - too many little tests before you actually get to start. The only thing is that £10 is the basic end result. Other companies have more interesting surveys and pay more.......

I recommend Valued Opinions. I have been taking surveys for over 10 years now. The Sainsbury rewards are useful to reduce my shopping bill. I recently had a problem with the system. This was dealt with promptly & efficiently.

I've been enjoying doing surveys for Valued Opinions for a return of AUD $1487.86 over 8 years.
Now I'm retired, I'll do surveys while sitting in the sun drinking my morning cuppa, and the rewards keep me in gin to drink of an evening.
Surveys are generally engaging although it is getting much harder to pass the screening stage since I've become old and boring. Some survey agencies deliberately waste your time by asking dozens of survey questions before screening you out for a consolation reward of a whole penny. These make me quite cross because I provide honest, complete answers and the screen-out can be abrupt and thankless.
Customer support is generally good, to excellent, and if you have a technical fault deep into a survey, Valued Opinions will credit the survey amount if you flag it with them.

I would have given 5 but I spend a lot of time on surveys then they say it's not for you

This is one of the best survey sites. The rewards are easy to get. I would recommend anyone thinking about it to give it a go

I have been with Valued Opinions for quite a few years now and their help staff has always been amazing. They respond as quickly as they can and always seem to have the right answer to my issue. Not that I have issues very often. The help staff are always so polite in their emails and always ask if there is anything else they can help me with even after solving my issue. They are one of the reasons I enjoy being a member.

Beware Valued Opinions is dodgy they are not sending over your vouchers for some unknown reason I have been waiting for over a week and nothing. Every time I contact them they make excuses and nothing happens

Quick easy surveys quickly add up to vouchers or playing games ,can be done when you have some spare time

This is a great survey site. When occasionally things go wrong their customer service team respond promptly and always offer good solutions

Valued opinion is a really great survey panel and their customer service is outstanding good. Very fast and very helpful indeed.

Been using Valued Opinions for some considerable time and enjoy surveys etc. Two days ago had a technical problem., contacted them via ChatBot and received a reply the same day., Everything was sorted so quickly and efficienty... and credited with the amount due., thank you Valued Opinions.... They deliver exactly what they promise !! You do the surveys and they pay the money via Gift Cards. You cannot live of doing these but you can buy some groceries and in today's world that is good

Having been a happy member for over a decade, my account was suspended without notice. I was told that it had been suspended and nothing more. I complete surveys regularly and have done so for over a decade, completing hundreds, if not thousands. I cannot fathom why my account was suspended and I was given zero warning, explanation, or opportunity to respond. Absolutely outrageous to accuse me of breaching T&Cs (to my knowledge I haven't) and shocking way to treat someone who has been a loyal user for so long. Extremely disappointed - subject access request is being considered to shed some light.

Just to say I really did have excellent service from customer service. They provided some helpful support with the option to get back to them if issues continued. So I am happy. I do agree with the posts referencing being rejected after spending some time already on the survey. I also find it frustrating when it says its a 10 minute survey and it literally doubles in time when you click through. But today I am focusing on the customer service, and I was satisfied.
