Very efficient help and service
Very efficient help and service, ordered yesterday arrived today what more could I ask. I wasn't sure which receiver i wanted for my motorhome but Mike advised me and the one he recommended was cheaper then the one we first started with as it would suit my needs better, so to me thats help and the service was next day delivery

Truly Excellent
I ordered three items from ValueStores own website. Unfortunately, there was a temporary glitch on the site, so I couldn't complete the transaction straight away. I rang their contact number and received immediate assistance from Michael Hill, the General Manager. I then backed this up with an e-mail which received an immediate response from Michael, acknowledging the glitch and saying he would get straight on and fix it. This was indeed the case and after another exchange of e-mails I was able to place the order in full. It is refreshing to receive such instant response from an online retailer and I shall certainly be using them again for electronic goods. Truly excellent!

Hello Rui, I am sorry you felt the delivery was too slow. But i am somewhat concerned you wasn't fully aware of the delivery schedule for your order. The LNB you purchased was listed as 3-5 working days delivery. It was ordered on the evening of the 26th Jan and dispatched on the 27th and delivered on the 1st Feb so delivered 3 working days after order. Even on eBay you have listed positive feedback for us for this transaction, so i feel this 2 star here is a little unfair.
