Great service all around
I originally ordered a TBS 6905 (4 way satellite receiver card) and after using it for a day mentioned that I regretted not buying the 8 way (TBS 6909). They immediately gave me the option of returning the 4 way and getting the 8 way instead.
After getting the 8 way I found that were no Windows drivers (I forgot to check) and they informed me that new drivers were arriving for it soon and they'd be happy to wait a while for me to return the 4 way.
On the day the drivers came out I got an email with a link to the drivers and the receiver card has worked perfectly since. I've also sent back the 4 way and received the refund for it too.
Throughout I made several phone calls and the service was fast and Mike actually seemed knowledgeable about the product rather than just being a seller which was a nice bonus. The product was packaged well too and came the next day after ordering it.
Overall a very solid experience, good prices, fast service and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will definitely use again in the future.

Excellent customer service
Bought a (fairly expensive) TV card for computer from this company, and it was supplied with the wrong aerial adapter in the box (manufacturer error, not their fault). I phoned the company (got through right away!) and asked how to proceed, and Mike offered me a replacement via post, or if I wanted to pop out to Maplins, he'd refund my expenses so that I could get going same-day.
I took the latter option, and he refunded the Maplins receipt as promised - I was up an running that afternoon. Very pleased with purchase, and the customer service was perfect - a practical and rapid solution.
