I had previously ordered a TV Stand from Amazon on the 26th September (sold directly by Amazon), mainly due to the price being considerably lower than any other retailer and was given their usual expected delivery timeframe. Well after 15 days, the order had still not arrived. I wasn't allowed to cancel this at this stage even though they couldn't guarantee me any delivery day.

I emailed Value Stores who checked with the supplier that the item was definitely in stock and 2 days later I had the goods delivered. They also price-matched Amazon.

It is now the 23rd October and Amazon still hasn't given me a delivery date and they still say I cannot cancel the order at this stage. It will be the last time I order from Amazon, it's like dealing with robots trying to get any sense out of them. Do yourself a favour and deal with a real company like Value Stores who have real people answering questions and probably pay all their taxes in the UK.

I ordered a pair of these great speakers after obtaining a competitive price from valuestores. One speaker arrived late and one was damaged in its packaging. It would be easy therefore to give a low rating. However Mike the general manager immediately accepted responsibility in a manner that demonstrated he cared and was personally disappointed at the customer being inconvenienced. He got things rectified as quickly as he could and communicated in a personable fashion throughout. - It's how you manage things when there is a problem that shows the quality of service. Because of this I will be buying from value stores again.

Bought some ceiling speakers after much research and bought some open box from this dealer at reduced price. Product totally as new and delivered next day so could not ask for more.

Prompt service, and good speedy returns handling, pity Avtex didn't keep them updated with product availability.

Great experience working with this supplier. I found them very proactive and responsive and I'm delighted with both the the product and the price.

My order arrived the next day at 3pm. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong wall mount for my TV. I contacted them to explain and asked that they send the correct one and collect the other mount. No problem, this was dealt with promptly and in a courteous manner and all within 2 days. I would certainly recommend this company and will definitely use again as when required.
