The ticket selection and payment were very smooth. The price was excellent. The only negative issue was not knowing how my ticket was going to get released. I had never used this app, nor do I buy tickets on-line. Therefore, I had to totally trust an unknown vendor that my money would actually produce a valid ticket. Having to wait 4 hours before game time to get the ticket was rather nerve racking especially since I had to get airline tickets and a hotel for the WC game. I would have liked to have had access to the game ticket before I left home.

Its a little tricky to get the tickets for world cup, but after a try a couple of times and discover how to get the tickets teansfer to me… become a pleasant experience

The price increased significantly during the purchase process, which was very disappointing. As this is a third-party ticket reseller, the experience was stressful because there was no certainty about whether we would actually receive the tickets. I purchased the tickets as a gift and immediately wanted to request a refund before the payment had even been processed from my bank account. However, it was extremely difficult to contact customer service, which only added to the frustration, ans the tickets had not been released from the primary seller. Overall, the lack of transparency, inflated pricing, and poor customer support made this a very negative and stressful experience.
