The price increased significantly during the purchase process, which was very disappointing. As this is a third-party ticket reseller, the experience was stressful because there was no certainty about whether we would actually receive the tickets. I purchased the tickets as a gift and immediately wanted to request a refund before the payment had even been processed from my bank account. However, it was extremely difficult to contact customer service, which only added to the frustration, ans the tickets had not been released from the primary seller. Overall, the lack of transparency, inflated pricing, and poor customer support made this a very negative and stressful experience.

in the beginning I was a bit afraid of buying a ticket to Bad Bunny's concert 2 hours before the show.

Got a last minute bad bunny ticket and had a great time. The process on viagogo was super easy and quick. NO complaints at all.

Really amazing experience purchasing tickets. However, paying nearly 50% of the value of the tickets in fees is outrageous

Seller uploaded wrong pdf and that caused so much of panic till last minute but customer service was really helpful and responded quickly and I got my tickets literally 2 hours before match thanks to customer service.

The support chat agents were fast, adequate and effective! I really appreciate the fact that you can so easily connect with a live agent, who will help you even with the slightest concern.
Also, I really like the feature of the app showcasing the view from the different available seats, it is so helpful when choosing and comparing, and honestly, this feature is the reason I bought the tickets from this app eventually.

All went well. He took a while to receive the tickets and that left me a bit anxious but all went well in the end. The app kept me update along the process so I would book again whith viagogo no doubt.

i joined the event. but not at the place of the venue that i payed for. i booked lower bowl and i joined the event at upper bowl.
