AVOID! Stay away from them! I've been renting cars all over the world and this was worst experience. First experience was already odd - i had to call them 3 times before a bus to the airport arrived (other companies there had already picked their clients' twice at least in a meanwhile). Then it was only worst they offered a car on a their page for fixed money. When i came they're trying to force me to pay an insurance which is more expensive than a car rental and they refused returing the deposit claiming that they found new damages (i shall say scratches at the areas like inside wheel arch) after a full week from the moment I retured the car! They refused to check it in the moment i was returning the car and refused to pay the deposit back - unfortunately i couldn't do anything because it was not a blocked founds on my card i could ask bank to reject/release. This is fraud! I am sure these scratches either existed begfore (especially after what i saw when picking up a car - i had to pin point pre-existing scratches and damages myself - as all was ok by the guy doing inspecion) or were caused after i returned the car. These scrates which they found (after a week of keeping the car or maybe even renting it) not precisely marked on the pick-up protocol in their opinion are worth over 1000EUR, whern in fact it's not more than 100EUR to repair them if they wanted. Moreover - when i returned the car and was waiting on security checks they called me 20 times to shout on me that i stollen the signal light, which i told them i didn't touch and shall be in front of passanger where the guy put it. Yeah - they found it after they boddered me for 1hr and made 20 calls. I am wondering if there is any formal institution i can send my complain to and aks them to check their practices. This is simply unacceptable behaviour.

The whole procedure from being collected from the airport, collecting the car, returning procedure and any guidance needed was delivered courteously and promptly. I was pleased with the service. I have used Victoria Cars in the past and will use them again, if required.

Waiting 3 weeks for deposit and petrol money(on return I was told by employee that car is ok and deposit and petrol money will go back on my credit card)and learning about small mark 2 weeks later and €65 deducted after returning the car in perfect condition

I’ve used Victoria Cars many times over the years and the service is always great. One year we had a small accident in a town and within an hour a truck arrived with a replacement car and took the damaged one away. Office staff always friendly and efficient no matter the time of day. Would 100% recommend

Paid full insurance, but was charged for a mark on the car when I returned it. Also filled the car full with petrol until overflowing, when asked where I filled it I was charged €12 or something for the distance. I paid an exceptional high amount to have the car fully insured for the week, but that didn't matter. Would not use Victoria again, they try to get additional costs from you when returning car....

The shuttle is quick to arrive, there are no long queues at the office, and drop off is quick and easy with a shuttle soon ready to take you back to the airport

I've been using your company's services for the past six months and have been very satisfied. The cars are in excellent condition, the car is always the one I chose or a better one, and the prices are reasonable

We rent for many years with Victoria Cars, always correct, no surprises, clean cars and technical oké. Also when we return our car after a few days a correct return of the fuel deposit, for us a great company.

Very surprised with the quality of their service .
So easy to book a car , shuttle available from the airport to their office . Very good quality cars , cheaper than any other on the market . I have received the rest of payment I’ve made for the fuel back in 2 days .
I would totally recommend Victoria cars to anyone and definitely it is not the last time I will use their services
