I can't fault Vispa at all. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Recently upgraded to fiber and happy to continue to be a customer for another 10 years.

More than happy to give Vispa a review. Sadly, Openreach left our area (Freckleton) behind and Vispa stepped up.

We live in a semi rural area where our broadband has been very weak. I'd say less than 10Mbps on average.

Vispa came along last year, discussed their plans with the community and after almost a year long wait, the first homes have been connected.

In a house with three young teenagers, it couldn't come soon enough. We're now getting a constant 250Mbps and I near no more shouting at the games consoles!!!

Overall, we are very satisfied with Vispa. We have been a customer for around 2 years now and have just renewed our contract.

We have Vispa’s own FTTP which I understand is their own network an not Openreach’s. As a result of this, it seems to be a less contested network which is great for gaming!

Customer service is good although occasionally its difficult to get though by phone but always seem to be able to use live chat or whatsapp and get straight though.

Price - Seems to be average price. We’ve been with other providers previously and what seems to be a cheap price ends up doubling in the second year. Vispa seems to remain the same.

Happy to recommend Vispa to friends and family. Smaller ISP but better service.

Recently had Vispa’s fibre installed. Engineer was polite and knowledgeable. Installed the Zyxel router behind my TV and everything works great. Regular 600Mbps speed tests (600Mbps tariff).
Customer service appears to be a small team based in Manchester but much better to deal with than big call centres. So far so good!
