We found the communication was very good - quick responses to our enquiries. The products were very good quality - we had 3 doors fitted and are extremely pleased with them. Russ who fitted the doors was very pleasant and polite - just got on with the job efficiently and effectively. Everybody we spoke to throughout was polite and concerned to give good service which they did.

This company impressed me from start to finish. During the initial phone call the process was clearly explained, options were talked through and there was never any pressure to buy. A fitter came to measure and this provided more reassurance as it was clear he’d been fitting doors a long time and was very experienced. Waited a few weeks for the door, during which time updates were provided. Then the day arrived. Exciting times! Fitter arrived exactly at the time he said he would and did a wonderful job. The finish is better than imagined, it’s looks so good! All the old door parts were taken away and even the dust and chippings were brushed up. This is clearly a professional company and I would recommend them happily to anyone wanting new doors.
An email arrived the next day with the finish up paperwork such as the guarantee and I must admit to being a little disappointed that whilst the door has a decent guarantee, the locking mechanism is only guaranteed for 1 year, I would have thought there should be more confidence the lock will work for more than 12 months. If the lock fails there’s no point in having a fancy new front door!!
Aside from this guarantee niggle, in my opinion this is a company you can trust, who are professional and who I would happily use again. Thank you.

The new door that I purchased required a small amount of snagging work and after contacting We Do Doors, they had it sorted out within a couple of days and now, all is good. Additionally, the door that we purchased is solid, well made and really compliments our house!

Good Communication from initial enquiry to installation of the front composite back upvc and sliding patio doors. Friendly, Professional, dilligent and Knowledgeable fitter. Useful aftercare advice and guarantees given on completion. Good experience all in all. would recommend.

We wanted a new front door, so called several companies, who came out to discuss. Their average price was nearly £3000, for a front door!!! Thank you but no. We looked online and found exactly the door we wanted, exactly, and the company was We Do Doors. Supply and fit with upgraded police approved lock was £1200. Within a few days the very friendly fitter came out to measure up and explain what he would do. We paid a deposit and within a few weeks the door was made and fitted. And we are simply over joyed with both the door, the fitter and the company. Once the quality door and frame were perfectly installed we happily paid off the remaining balance and it was a pleasure to do with the most positive and caring customer service. In this day and age service of this level is literally unheard of. We Do Doors sets the standard of how a company should act and they do it brilliantly!! I 100% recommend We Do Doors, not only for the quality and price of their doors but their unparalleled customer service

My mum bought a door from this company 5 years ago and one of the glass panels recently misted. I contacted the company and the did not quibble at all. She chose a different design and it was installed very swiftly with frequent comms all throughout the process. So thank you Samantha and team

My door panel had a split in it, I phone the company up and it was no trouble whatsoever very professional they had another panel made and delivered the lady that dealt with it all was called Samantha very professional, thanks for making the experience nice and easy.

The process took about 3 months. The doors have been fitted and are absolutely perfect. I am so pleased with the fitting and the quality of the doors. They were very well priced and we were kept in the loop throughout the purchase. The fitter Steve was first class. I love my new doors.
