Inadvertently took out an unwanted subscription. Dubious methods! However, subscription easily and professionally cancelled.

Customer service was great thank you

Worst company ever. Entice you in with something free and before you know it they are taking £30 a month out of your account. Scam website and they know it as it’s a mission finding where to cancel it. DO NOT USE.

I disliked how secretly an account was created.
Also the cost every month is prohibitable.
I found it extremely hard to unsubscribe.

Shameful selling tactics!!!
Last month, June 2026 - my Dad saw an enamel D-Day pin badge in a magazine/newspaper, and asked me to order it for him. I think it cost about £3 or £4. No drama. It turned up a couple of weeks later, and he was happy.
This morning I've had a delivery of a glorified plastic box, and another two badges in "the collection," and charged £23 for the pleasure!
I am fuming. Signing people up to subscriptions they don't want, should be outlawed. Thankfully I can return it tomorrow, free of charge via RM.
I am absolutely fuming, and will be lodging a complaint once I've stopped raging.
What an incredible waste of everyone's time. You get one star because Dad likes his badge.
Buyer beware!!!

My partner ordered 1 single 50p coin. She is being charged for 2 more that we haven't ordered or received. Only after doing some investigating online did we realise that this business conducts shady business practices and signs you up to a subscription without your consent. We will not be paying for anything other than what was originally ordered and expect to receive threats soon as other victims have said they received. Thankfully I come from a family of lawyers and any correspondence from the business will contribute towards our investigation.
Overall I would highly discourage anyone from using this business as it seems something unlawful is going on.
As expected I there is a copy and paste reply to this review.

I have for many years ordered from you. This was a second replacement request due to my own errors.
You have quickly dealt with my requests and I am very grateful.

I seemed to have coins undelivered, following the call to the advisors some coins arrived and some folders plastic coin keeps which should have arrived weeks ago with the folder. Fortunately the advisor has sorted this out. I will keep a close check ongoing in case another glitch occurs. The customer advisor was excellent. However this has put me off collecting in the future.

READ THE REVIEWS – TOTAL SCAMMERS!
The reviews for this company speak volumes, there are dozens detailing the same experience of unauthorised subscriptions – buy from them at your own risk.
On 31 May I purchased a limited-edition Windy Miller from Camberwick Green 50p piece. This was sold at face value plus £2.99 p&p and received a few weeks later. The confirmation e-mail included a comment that “future deliveries will be charged to your card” but made no mention of me having subscribed to regular deliveries, nor did I make any such subscription request when placing my order. Payment of £3.49 was taken on 10 June.
To my surprise, a further £31.98 was taken from my account on 4 July and a further three Camberwick Green 50p coins delivered on 10 July. The second order was not directly placed with Westminster Collection, and I did not request or want any further coins. I have now been ripped off to the tune of almost £29 for four coins with a face value of £2.
The replies to the other complaints about this on here often include the wording “Our collections are advertised as subscriptions, with this information provided on the product page, during checkout, in your order confirmation, and in the information included with your first delivery”, but the fact there are so many complaints about this is clear evidence that both website and ordering process are misleading.

Absolute scam of a company. Bought one coin fine. Then they tried to take £32 from my bank without any prior warning or email to say I had been signed up for a subscription which I never would have agreed to. Its pathetic in this day and age the length companies go to to get money from people. Other than bad press I don't know what they are gaining from this. If you google the company even the AI review can gather that they are sly. I wish I had googled first.

I bought ONE coin from them, not realising that a single one off purchase would cause me so much hassle. It turns out, that if you purchase ONE item, you're automatically signed up for a whole collection, wether you want it or not. When I emailed them numerous times, they just sent the exact same response every time. They clearly don't read their emails. I have now had to pay for postage to return a large items I never even wanted, and no matter how many times I contact them, telling them not to, they just keep sending me stuff. Absolute joke. I won't be returning any more items sent to me. I'll just bin them.

Hello there everyone I have bought a fue things from them and I like to say that it was bloody fantastic. I have stopped bying from them at the moment because I have not long lost my dad and mum so I have not got myself together with my depression and anxiety. So hopefully I'll be able to start again.

Purchased a one off coin for £3.50, my account details where then used to set up a regular payment of £28.98 for coins that I never ordered and certainly didn't look value for money. I then had to arrange for the coins to be returned and for the money to be refunded, I also had to opt out of the subscription that I didn't know I had signed up to.
I would never trust this company again.
