I have just purchased a pen and notebook from this company and from the absolute onset I have had nothing but excellent service. I left one item in my checkout basket and the company contacted me to see if I needed any further help which I did and my query was dealt with instantly. I placed my order and inadvertently forgot to add gift wrapping for the second purchase. The company contacted me to say I had done this and did I not want it giftwrapping. This was extremely thoughtful that someone had picked this issue up I placed the order around about 3 pm and it has just arrived with me at 10 am the following day I cannot recommend this company enough. 100% customer satisfaction. You will not be disappointed purchasing from this company.

I experienced outstanding customer service from Wheelers. DPD managed to make an almighty mess of the delivery and when my item still hadn't turned up after four days, I emailed Wheelers. I wasn't expecting them to phone me up straight away to say they had contacted DPD and were on the case. It took a further few days for the delivery mess to get sorted and during that time, Wheelers responded immediately to all my email queries and went to great trouble to ensure the situation was resolved as quickly as possible. If only all companies had customer service as efficient and responsive as Wheelers. Truly impressed.

Amazing service! Ordered a case of champagne at 11am on Thursday 18/12/25 including gift wrapping, and it arrived 10am on Friday 19/12/25 via DPD.

I ordered a Crystal tumbler as a birthday gift. When ordering I accidentally clicked on the click and collect button. Given that I live about 300 miles away this was a silly error. Thankfully Joe contacted me pointing this out. He then posted the tumbler to me. It was exactly as described and very well packaged. I would definitely use this company again.

I have shopped with Wheelers for over ten years now. The team are always polite, their service is excellent and the products are always packaged safely and arrive quickly.

I recently purchased some Mont Blanc refills, but ordered the wrong size by accident. I returned them to Wheelers and received an email the very next day confirming receipt. The replacements were sent out straight away, no hassle.

The owner of the store is incredibly helpful. After my Montblanc 149 had an issue with the nib, Bruce did everything possible to find a good resolution. I've had bad luck with Montblanc pens so decided not to ask for a replacement, but mentioned I was considering a GvFC Magnum. He didn't have the GvFC with the nib I wanted but had it ordered in specially.

After a fantastic first experience, now when I'm looking to buy a specific new fountain pen I'll ask Wheelers first if it's something they have or if they can order it in. It might take a little longer to order something in than buying from one of the big pen retailers that already has it listed, but its worth it to be buying from a store that I trust and know has exceptional customer service.

Well what a difference it is to receive great service.

I called Wheelers last week and got hold of Debbie. I had 3 boxes of Montblanc ballpoint pen refills that weren't working - couldn't remember when I had ordered them.

She was so helpful and found my order from June 24. She then proceeded to tell me that the batch I had were faulty and she would order me some replacements.

However they didnt have any in and it might take a while which was fine.

The next day I received a call and email to say they were on their way.

They have now arrived and are working fine.

Much different to the service I received from Montblanc whom I contacted initially.

Have placed two orders over the last month. Had an issue with FedEx saying they had tried to deliver my parcel when i was home. This happened twice but when I called Wheelers to inform them about this, their customer service was so good. They immediately despatched another item by special delivery with Royal Mail and cancelled the FedEx delivery. Customer service was second to none. Great products at competitive prices with fast shipping.

Placed an order for a new Tumi bag. The customer service was first class with immediate response to my query which was handled superbly. I then placed the order yesterday afternoon just before 3pm and it was delivered with personalisation today! Astonishingly fast service. Item was very well packaged, received in new retail condition.
