Got myself a business card holder. Decided to get it engraved with my name. It was very easy to order it on their website. They called me to make sure the spelling was correct. I got my order in no time. Very happy with the redult. Will definitely use their services again.

Ordering refills for a variety of pens - and needed help! Online chat was excellent - took time to check - referred back to manufacturer and then, when after all tgis help I still got it wrong, they rang to tell me and ask if they should change the order. Couldn't ask for more or better. Will have my business for all things Montbalnc and Dupont from here on in!

Bought a MontBlanc pen for my son in law from Wheelers, brilliant, they did everything I asked, it was delivered dead on time and he is over the moon.

Ordered a golden anniversary gift for my parents last Thursday evening - their anniversary is today. (Due to Covid 19 party was cancelled.) Requested that the gift was engraved which according to the website added 24-48 hrs. In the comments box I said that it would really make my parents day if their gift arrived on Saturday 23rd. It did! Absolutely awesome service !!

Ordered a bag which arrived quickly with free next day delivery..it was securely and beautifully packaged in original box, dust bag etc unfortunately although the bag was lovely it was not suitable so returned...had to pay for the postage and with the added insurance protection was not cheap..£11

Purchased a Mont Blanc Briefcase and could not fault the service! Due to high volumes of orders (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) the website stated that deliveries could take up to 7 days (I needed it in a hurry) but to email if required quicker.

Received an email at 7AM from Jemma assuring me that they would be able to delivery for the following day and that there would be no additional charge even though I was prepared to pay.

Item received the next working day and is perfect!!!

When making a considered purchase I always firstly check out Wheelers website. Having purchased a good few items previously it is without question my "Go To" place. The latest purchase is of course to the same standard as I have come to expect. First class packing, delivery on time, informative emails and the assurance that the contents will be as expected in every way. Prices? Very hard to beat indeed, I always used to shop around, not anymore. If Wheelers have it in stock (so far always) then no point looking further. This was another perfect transaction and another level of confidence in Wheelers! Thank you.

Went into Wheelers today to purchase a Mont Blanc fountain pen and spoke with Debbie who was so so helpful nothing was too much trouble and I could not make my mind up but she could have not been more patient or so helpful

Just received my order and the box the gift came in is all scuffed and damaged. It has also already been opened by someone else with the stickers all dirty and peeling off. Embarrassing to give like this as a gift, so I will have to remove it from the box and wrap it without its nice gift display box. Very unimpressed.

Stumbled across this shop when searching for a large TUMI suitcase. I wasn't sure whether to trust this retailer as it is not as well known to me as the larger retailers so I was slightly apprehensive at purchasing a £700 suitcase from somewhere I didn't know.

Having contacted the store direct, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received namely a lady called Tracey who was very accommodating at checking the stock and calling me back.

I felt very assured and indeed this was proven by the swift delivery of the item and the well protected packaging.

Tracey even agreed to hold onto the tags of the case which I wanted engraving so I can check whether I was satisfied with the product before agreeing to personalise it, hence I always had the option to return the case for a full refund should it not have been suitable for me.

I have purchased the suitcase at a very competitive price and as they are an approved retailer of TUMI luggage, I have the added assurance of a warranty.

After having a bit of a hiccup with my order, the owner rang me and couldn't do enough to rectify the problem. Have to say that I was very impressed that he rang me straight away, excepting they were at error. Think other shops could take a leaf out of his book. I owe you an apology for writing an unfavourable review, which I have now deleted. Thank you for sorting this out and sending my order on express delivery.
