I ordered an engraved LSA beer tankard as a gift, not only were Wheelers incredibly competitive from a price point of view, but the engraving was perfect & a lovely gentleman called Josh called soon after to confirm the engraving and whether the recipient was right/left handed) & he was a delight to talk to. The service felt very personal & that my custom was really appreciated, which to me makes all the difference between buying from here or a faceless, global corporation. The gift was despatched and received 2 days later. I was so impressed with Wheelers that I have subsequently ordered another and will be buying any future gifts from them also. Terrific delivery- speedy postage and well packaged. How is it that Wheeler's can have a far better range of Montblanc ink than the Montblanc website? Top marks all round, I'm very happy.

I have made two purchases with Wheelers this week. The first I made some mistakes on line for what I wanted but once I had contacted them the ladies in the office / shop (Courtney and Debbie) sorted it out for me and everything was delivered perfectly. Can I also say that the choice of delivery company DPD, is also excellent as their communication I find terrific.
My second purchase I contacted Debbie directly who sorted everything out and even arranged the delivery for a day that suited me.
This is a five star company selling five star products and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wheelers is probably a great company, they certainly stock some fantastic products but unfortunately I will not be using them again.

They have been let down badly by their chosen delivery partner, DPD, who, on two occasions, claimed to have attempted delivery but definitely did not attempt delivery on the second occasion (I waited in specifically) and, according to DPD themselves, their driver’s GPS showed that he was not at my property on the first occasion either. In any event, I had given very clear instructions on their own website and on the door of my property as to what to do in the event that I was not in.

In fairness Wheelers did speak with DPD after the first failed delivery but clearly without the desired effect, leaving me without the goods I ordered (despite paying extra for prompt delivery) and with no option but to cancel and shop elsewhere. Sadly, I won’t be using Wheelers again as, if I am ordering something, I need to know that it will arrive as planned. It’s such a shame but I need reliability.

Ordered an engraved Mont Blanc pen, quick delivery and fantastic product. One small issue with spelling on the box, but immediately resolved and a new, correct box sent the next day. The issue was dealt with professionally and would mean I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.

Excellent, personal service from Wheelers. Needed a (quite expensive) pen at very short notice with engraving. Quick feedback on chat to say we could get next day delivery, a phone call from the engraver to clarify what we needed. Arrived next day as promised and we were delighted with the engraving on the pen and gift box. We’ll be back again. Well done and thank you. JaneM

I’m afraid to say that I am very disappointed in my recent purchase of a champagne bucket which i had engraved. The engraving was barely visible and totally a waste of money. The champagne I also ordered came in a box that was not in perfect condition , however they did send another cardboard box in the post .

This was my first experience with Wheelers Luxury Gifts and I was not disappointed. I needed some Montblanc pen refills and decided to try Wheelers due to their free postage (compared to Montblanc who charge £10 postage). I ordered late Thursday afternoon and the refills were through my letterbox on Monday morning in pristine condition. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I love to buy nice products , though I try my best not to buy from the monster that stifles independents...aka The forest in brazil..instead I found Wheelers...Their help in directing me to the products on their site was refreshing for my Cross fountain Pen..I ended up buying much more than I intended but as I went to university in Loughborough, I was happy and will now use Wheelers again . Ordered a customised gift for my mums birthday on Friday evening, I paid a bit extra for delivery as I panic around Christmas but it arrived today! I was updated throughout the journey & was amazed at how perfect the gift wrap was. Lovely present, she will love it & I’m so pleased with the product & the quality of it especially at this time of year. I have used Wheelers in the past for accessories etc and they have been very good. I recently ordered cigars on their website and it wasn’t a very good experience. The cigars are sourced from a 3rd party (not a problem) but their stock levels are not monitored and they let me down considerably. To compound matters I was then quoted an incorrect price on alternative cigars. One of the sales team helped out and did their best but cigars are not their forte! Unfortunately a refund has been requested.
