Good to see Michelle this morning, singing to me at 6.45am!

Was having trouble getting my trade pro app to work on my phone. Kirsty very kindly helped me to get it working.

Advice and visit from store designer was excellent with years of experience evident. He guided us through the process of decision making and spent lots of time making sure we understood timings, fitters and guarantees. He was always a trustworthy reference point and remained interested in the progress until the end. The fitters were delightful professionals who were keen to work to our requirements and achieve a relaible end product.

Steve Toogood at Wickes in Guildford provided an outstanding level of service to us when designing our new kitchen.

He is friendly, patient and has an excellent eye for design. He made many suggestions and listened to our needs. Steve was sensitive to our budget and ensured the design was affordable for us.

Would whole-heartedly recommend - a lovely guy.

Excellent service from Kirsty at the Guildford store she was very patient when I was having a lot of trouble trying to open my Wicks app on my phone to apply my discount, in the end she managed to find my account on her system, very helpful, very polite and extremely patient.

Michelle was very helpful, but not pushy and listen to all our questions about kitchens. Hopefully we will find the best option for us and get the end result we need soon. So much to choose from.

Really happy with Wickes customer service. Bought tube light and one component was missing. Michelle (Guildford branche) solved it within 30 seconds. All good!

Having ordered a large quantity of materials online for a project, I then had to return what I hadn’t used. Had to do so in 3 trips. Despite being the end of what I can assume were long days, I found all the staff I dealt with to be helpful, knowledgeable and with a can-do attitude. The returns were super easy to make with the payments returned swiftly. Definitely took some of the stress out of the project.

We’ve been super impressed by the bespoke bathroom service at Wickes. We dealt with Jena at the Guildford branch who is not only friendly and lovely to deal with, but also very efficient and responsive! She instantly understood what we wanted and we had very few changes to make to the design she presented us with which was very impressive! She was also a huge hit with our one-year old who had to tag along to our apts which made things much easier too. Thank you so much to Jena for such a great experience!

Jack at the Guildford branch went above and beyond in helping with my coping/edging purchase. They were heavy pieces, and he helped load them onto the trolley and even load from the trolley into my car.

I visited this store to collect some storage boxes ordered online and the staff were so lovely and friendly when I collected them.
The lovely gentleman who went to fetch the boxes for me even brought them out to my car and helped me get them in.
Thoroughly recommend this branch. Everything went perfectly.
