Popped into Wickes for some light bulbs but wasn't sure in the slightest about which ones I needed. Luckily for me the staff weren't technophobes like me, and they were able to recommend some appropriate ones. Now I don't have to sit in the dark when I'm eating scrambled eggs out of a shoe using a comb! Thanks Wickes!!

Just been into the Guildford Wicks store with a query about a refund on some kitchen side panels which I couldn’t find the receipt for..
Leona very helpfully passed my query on to her manager Michelle who sorted it out swiftly and even came out to my car and carried the panels in for me and made the refund.

Received exceptional customer service from Harrison and his manager when purchasing 20 bags x 20 kgs of slate chippings. They went above and beyond to exceed expectations which was very refreshing in this day and age.

Quite simply, the great customer service I received in searching for the product I was looking for. Michelle was exceptional and I’m so grateful to her.

We were ordering a shower door for our new bathroom, it is very difficult to tell whether a support bar is needed from the website so we went into store to double check. We were assured the panels we were buying came with a support bar so we ordered to arrive for the last few days of our build to complete the bathroom.
Order arrives, no support bar. Fine, mistakes can be made, we rang the store and they investigated and ordered a separate one for us when they realised their mistake. However it’s all been down hill from there, 2 weeks on and still no support bar, our builders have moved on to another project and we are left with a shower we can’t use. I chase frequently and every time am told I’ll be called back with an update, only for no one to ever ring. Really disappointed in the customer service and the amount of time it’s taken to rectify a mistake of your own staff.
