Great service from katlin and Ashely.I was the last customer of the night .This didnt make any difference both girls went out there way to assist me with my purchase .

My experience at wickes today was great! A lady called Sheena went through garden tools with me and helped me to pick a suitable lawnmower.

Very helpful young man, Charlie - I was looking at fixings for shelves in my (old) kitchen cabinets. Charlie listened, and went above and beyond to ensure I was buying the right size fixings for the project I had in mind. Great service.
I was disappointed though by the very meagre selection of cabinet paints, would be good if you expanded the range available.

I asked Leah for help regarding certain paint for my new project, i had to be certain this is the right product and Leah was very helpfull she red the products and found the right one she actualy went in to details.That was my new experience in customer service 10 out of 10.Also spoke to Anthony very friendly and Salsilo at cashier. Our new kitchen was installed by Clemilson and his son Mike. They were very professional but at the same time friendly and approachable and were able to interpret perfectly what we had envisioned our finished kitchen to look like. Clemi identified an issue with uneven flooring which he corrected before installing the new ceramic floor tiles . They answered all our questions and were always punctual and respectful keeping us informed of their progress along the way. Communication was excellent throughout and we are very happy with the finished kitchen. We have no doubt that this was achieved thanks to the adaptable skills and experience of Clemi and his team. Thanks Clemi for making this a positive experience.

Useless morons MESSED up CLICK &COLLECT over 2 days - ordered p5 22mm floorboard from the store at the store as they only stock broken damaged ones- hoping they would get from back - they didn’t - wasted 40 min in shop - then received text order ready but shop was shutting at 3.55pm - went back - it was fake news to fulfil some target - went back Monday evening- the fools had wrong stock ready and the wrong count - could not resolve as still damaged stock on display - got REFUND - wasted time , petrol , and builder fees . WILL NOT CLICK AND COLLECT FROM THESE AMATEURS AGAIN

Such a refreshing change to meet such genuinely helpful staff. None of the 'Have a nice day' nonsense.

From helping to locate the goods, loading the heavy items (paving slabs)and finally assisting with loading into my car.

I had a really good experience at the wickes store in Coventry. Manager Krish was a true example of what customer service should look like. He was knowledgeable, patient and showed a really willingness to assist me. I usually shop at B&Q for my DIY bits however will definitely be shopping at wickes more often from now on

I bought eighteen bags of sub-base material over two visits to the Reading store and was very pleased with the value for money. On my second visit a number of the bags unfortunately were split and some of the contents ( not much) had spilled out. I was served by Lizzy who made a substantial discount on those bags which I thought was a very good gesture.

Do not go with this company, we are still without a working kitchen for 6 months, their trade men are not to be trusted . Wickes customer service are terrible at getting it sorted ,communication between them keep messing up,the sell man promise that the fitter will be fantastic, it just lies.I chosen painted door because I wanted red,because apparently they are bespoke it has to be fitted by their fitter to keep it under guaranteed!!the units are standard units not bespoke made to measure. So far fitter (who is a electrician by trade)left a broken soil stack which leaked waste into the kitchen every time we have shower or toilet upstair,near open live wires which is hazardous, took them 2 weeks to repair that.Unit damage and uneven before he even done the electricity work and plastering which should have been done first! so no work top and sink with running water and hobs.They already replaced the units that was damage from first fitter,but they still send another terrible fitter,more damage and badly fitted !!The only thing we haven't come across are the worktops fitter because it never happens because of kitchen delays.
It not acceptable and thry are getting away with this.we got 4 adults in this small house and this suppose to be a nice experience but no we are doing all the chasing and emailing in between our working time,feel like we working for customer services. I just loss my Dad last month and really didn't need this.

On the Wickes Trade Pro app, Who’s smart idea was it to remove choosing the door sizes on the door you want?? Now have to civ through the whole list!! Mading pricing up 6 times longer!! They want sacking IMMEDIATELY!

I went to wickes in bishops stortford today and was served by Sally, she was very helpful and friendly, will defo be returning

Went to the brierly hill branch last week, had a lovely experience with a lady called kerry, she was absolutely lovely.... knew exactly what I was talking about, what I needed as well as where everything was. Can't fault her at all, brilliant visit from start to finish.

We went to Wickes to get a new kitchen and bathroom and toilet we had Abi as our Design consultant she was excellent very knowledgeable about the products she went through the whole process and answered all of our questions she took time to tell us everything nothing was too much trouble cannot speak to highly of Abi Wickes are lucky to have her.

We had a Wickes bathroom fitted. Vikki, our designer at Wickes Bexhill, was very helpful and made the process very smooth. It is our second Wickes bathroom/ensuite and we used the same fitters, Gary and John from Dimensions, who were excellent.
