I used Xinix a number of years ago for a multi-user business package at the company I worked for and found the system easy to use, reliable and competitive.

I have recently returned to using Xinix at my own company for a 10 user business package and Uzair has just started configuring the handsets. I have a mixture of voip phone brands but this has been no problem, they just log on remotely and configure. Very quick response times.

Hi it's very great experience. New Internet connection has been made parfectly. Especially for my PDQ machine ( paying by Cards ). It was very slow but with Internet WiFi is very fast service. Thank you for support

Customer Service have been more than helpful with the setup of my Landline and any queries I have had have been dealt with immediately.The delivery of my kit was faultless and the package is a totally fair price.

In the start I went online to find someone who could rescue my phone number after Virgin took it from Sky but then told me they could not support a landline in my area possibly leaving having to contact doctors, hospitals and many others with a new phone number.
I searched the internet and found Xinix who told me they could rescue my landline even after some days of it being switched off. As a bonus their rates are very reasonable. On dealing with them I found them to be a blessing to get in touch with compared to the horrendously difficult method of contacting Sky and Virgin. On top of this they helped me to set up my landline cordless phone and have been extremely helpful.. Bottom line is I recommend this company 100%.

Xinix knows their stuff. Maryam helped me set it up, just how I want it, and helped me understand the system. We was set up before closing, but Maryam said don't worry we will stay until you are set. My base was corrupted by previous VOIP providers, but Maryam went through the interface, like a dog chewing a bone. Thankyou Maryam.

After subscribing to Virgin Media and discovering that they don't do landline phones, I came across Xinix who met the challenge, transferred my landline number and Tia has talked me through my options to connect a compatible phone. Now I understand better how the system works I can confidently go out and purchase the correct phone

I had never heard of the company, came across them on Google they do digital landlines. Kept us updated and when it came to installation it wasn't too bad. Works great, phone a lot clearer now and a great price too.

Cant believe how easy it was to port over to VOIP with Xinix. I thought the process would be messy and complicated, but it was really simple. Glad i made the move.

I requested having successfully ported over my old landline number I requested that the temporary number be disconnected. This was action by Uzair very promptly keeping me fully informed.

I moved from sky to virgin and unfortunately i didn’t swap my number over with virgin and wanted to go with Xinix as theyr much cheaper just for the land line. Mid way through they couldn’t get my number which has been in the family for almost 50years. Sky,Bt,virgin no one could port my number back. Momina and Hassan were my agents and tired the best and finally got my number back and on.
Can’t believe the big corporates couldn’t help me but these guys were fantastic and did the impossible.

I requested a VOIP from Xinix to take over my landline from EE/BT two days after I switched to FTP. An ATA arrived in advance to support my set of panasonic phones, and it all went incredibly smoothly and on time. The audio clarity is excellent. Maryam was particularly pleasant and helpful.

I dealt with Maryam from Xinix, she responded very quickly to my email request, she gave the right advice and was very polite. Excellent service provided and will recommend to others who intend to use them.
