XS Direct Car Insurance UK 

This is the worst experience of my life, please people do not use this insurance company, i was hit by an elderly gentleman completely his fault, since we have been pulled from piller 2 post we've done all th admin our selfs, its now been 3 mounths without a car, it states on our policy in any event of a crash we will get a courtesy car. Did not happen and still not after 3 months with covid going on and living in a rural village, now they have decided 2 void my car insurance 4 a driving ban i got a couple of months after the crash which was not my fault. We paid them 2,500 pound out rite 4 the year, they just want 2 take ure money and leave u 2 rot with nothing, there not even going 2 give me the outstanding balance of my insurance which they should rite fully give me back. Please do not go with this company u will b disappointed, just look at the reviews it says it all. Customer service is disgusting, all in all i would give them -1000 if i could. They should not b doing this 2 people, its like a scam 2 b honest.

FRAUD..NEVER BUY THIS INSURANCE. THEY WILL PUT LIABILITY ON YOU AND ASK TO PAY FULL ACCESS CHARGE.

If I could give em zero I would , this company are racist ,I have been experiencing racial profiling By this company . Please do not go to this people . They customer services is poor and they tell you one thing and do the other. My claim has been ongoing for almost 7 months. If your black avoid taking insurance with this people they racist. My case has been treated unfairly because of my colour of my skin.

The worst experience in my life .. horrible costumer service .. 4 hours on the phone with them wanting to cancel my policy as they did not want to cancel my policy.. then they charged me 700£ for one month cover that I was with them ..apparently if u cancel your policy at anytime afer 2 weeks u only get back 75% of what u paid 😂 .. it may look cheap insurance to buy at the beginning but I would never buy from them if they give it for free to me.

I had my car written off in December I disclosed I had non driving criminal offences but had criminal convictions and recent was 2018 being honest as much as I possibly can.. I’ve waited 8 month to pay me out.. I’ve now had my insurance void stating I never told them about convictions from 2014 and 2008 non motoring.. I am now going down the route through solicitors and taking to court.. I asked for my car back they said I can’t have my car back and also not paying me out.. leaving me with 25k finance bill these are massive scammers keep away from these dodgy insurance companies in the whole of 8 years driving I’ve never claimed once They treat you terribly.. AVOID

NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT AND THEY CREATED A FAKE ONE TO MAKE CUSTOMERS PAY THE £3000 REGARDLESS OF ANY PROPER INVESTIGATION.

I took a policy from these people to insure an 18 plate but because of the pandemic i have to change my car for a cheaper one. This insurance company wanted to charge me £518 to cancel my insurance, so i thought i will buy a really cheap car and the pay the admin cost to transfer my policy to a cheaper car and guess what they still charging me £518! So from £94 a month for an 18 plate to £104 a month for a 57 plate! Ridiculous!

Stay away from insure your motor and XS Direct insurance. They are both scammers. I have only just realised I have insured my car for the last 10 months with dodgy people. I insured 2015 BMW 120d sport, current value around £11000. Because of this pandemic, I have not been driving it, I decided to sell it to raise and save money. I called my insurance to change to 2004 Audi TT, that cost 2700, I was told I have to pay over £200 additional premium, I asked why, the lady said because is a bigger engine. I went and got smaller car, and guess what? I still have to pay over £200 additional. I asked why again, and the man told me my insurance prefers performance car. You see? They are scammers. If anybody is entitled to any money back, is me. First, am changing from high value, to low and less powerful car, secondly, we are locked down, I have not been driving. If I can't change the car and pay over £200, I still have to pay almost £80. While in this pandemic people are helping one another. Insure your motor and XS Direct are busy tearing me apart. I do not have to email you. I have spoken to your rep few times with no luck. My policy ref is here. Refund the last payment you took from me and maybe I will have a change of heart. You did not cover me for 2 months and you charged for that. Other companies refunding for the lockdown, you did not.

The worst company you can ever use please stay away it’s well worth paying the extra had a £30,000 car written off The third-party excepted liability and now they’re still trying to validate my policy stay away

If I could give 0 stars. I would please do not purchase or do insurance with XS direct. Firstly an accident being dealt with they pressured me made me feel uncomfortable. Really bad customer service. I was told it was not my fault they still found a way to make it seem like mine. They are horrible people. The biggest mistake.

This company is a scam, STAY AWAY from them!

Where to start? I was with A Choice AKA XS Direct.. I paid £3500 for the first year fully comp. Anyway long story short, a cyclist struck me from the back while I was stationary and claimed against me.. obviously I lost the claim and they charged me £6500 after all costs they wanted a further £2200. As my insurance company, they should be protecting me and not charging me for something that was not my fault!

I've had to sell my car, lost my job during the Covid-19 situation and now they're still adamant I pay the amount in full or I'll be given to debt collectors! Very unprofessional, not sure how they haven't been investigated or been taken in to administration. Cannot stress enough, do not use this company!!

The investigations team are an absolute joke!
I get rear ended and yet it’s my fault because the investigations team decided to f...the person paying them money and pay out the third party! Doing a turn in the road where both cars on opposite sides allow me to enter the legal manuver a learner over takes the stopped driver decides she doesn’t want to wait and hits the back of my car? So how the f... is this my f....g fault?

If what the investigators are saying is true that I pulled out in front of them my front end would be damaged not the f.....g back!!

I’m taking this legal if this doesn’t get resolved.

Terrible do not use the company scammers

Worst company for sure so fraudulent. I pay grands for insurance for someone to come WRONG way around a round about and hit into THE BACK OF me, I took very clear pictures of the collision. I had investigators come and view my car and road where accident happened he insisted it's very clear case. Now xs direct is telling me the third party is claiming I reversed into him!! And my images are still images so it doesn't show anything, him coming the wrong way around round about is irrelevant to them, now I'm trying to renew my insurance yet my premiums are significantly higher biggest joke ever

Worst company to come across they don’t value customers they like to take your money and blame you. Joke how they can con customers out.
