This company is more than bad and it doesn't even deserve 1 star, never ever use this insurance, they just after your money

Please people dont use this company. All they do is take your money and customer service is so bad the worst company I have ever came across. When you have a accident they dont even pay you out

The worst company I ever seen. They charge you for everything,for changing of adress 50£, I paid deposit 250£, which they didn't refunded it, and when I wanted to cancel my insurance they charged me with 1100 £, really? The answer was because you cancel we don't care you have to pay. I have a car accident when they even didn't recover my car which was undriveble and then they still took money from my account for one more month
Why I should pay my insurance if i don't use that car anymore, or if I want to cancel I have to pay 1100£?
I don't recommend this company to noone, and still customer service are very rude when you want an explanation, they don't know the rules of company they just charge you for cancellation and that's it. Really bad service

This is one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever dealt with in my lot of years of driving! Quick to take money off you but when you ask for the calls to be listened to all of a sudden all notes and calls have disappeared! I warn stay as far away as possible

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are extortionists!.
You give them thousands of pounds and again they will find something to blackmail you for!.
Each time they come up with new rules, as is good for them!
Never take out insurance with them!!!

this company deceived me too they don't want to withdraw my money for a damaged my Mercedes 2015 please contact me on my private number 07523994828 for cheated people . I today call to citizens advice we have to report this illegal practice !!!!!

Scammers accident which wasn't my fault I did not claim from them anything and said don't want to do any investigation nothing as another company was dealing also charge for vehicle inspection where they did not like the car wasn't near my address unless they are a magician and can find the car where it is when I said this to them over the phone they said are you near your car 24/7 rude as hell avoid

Would have given them a 0 if I could. Stay away from this scam. Inefficient and rude staff members. They don’t give a damn about solving your problems.

Wouldn't give this company -10 stars shocking how they dealt with my claim when my car was stolen I say dealt they did nothing should be closed down biggest scam company going left me with no car no money and in debt. Had to get my car out my self from the compound after it was sat there two weeks not one person rang the compound not one person went to the compound from this company cost me over 300 pound to get it out and the damege on my pride and joy was too much for me to fix myself now it's gone back to finance company as I had to sourender it costing me my work ruined my life do not go with these or NCI CAR INSURANCE these deal with these scammers #####UPDATE##### TRIED EMAILING A NUMBER OF TIMES TO COMPLAINTS NO REPLY DUE TO THE FACT THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME VERY PROFESSIONAL JUST SHOWS WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE THESE ARE

This company is a complete scam rip off they cancel/void your insurance after taking your money shocking. Avoid using this company

Found a very cheap quote but then they tried to add another £600. I'm so happy I managed to swerve them after reading the reviews. Scamming company.

My first car insures with Xs direct. I had an accident in a long traffic jam. (No even any single scratch mark on the other car and my one) They send claim as invisible damage and I am still paying my £3000 excess. (£125 monthly). I did ask from there Account department at least one month's discount and said no. Company Main income from the excess. That's the main reason they put XS Direct as a company name. (eXcesS Direct income Company).

I don't know why this company has so low a rating? I have dealt with them this morning for a cracked windscreen and they were fast, polite, and quick to get me booked in for a replacement window.

Yes, they ask a ot of questions. However, they have to do thier due diligence to make sure you are covered by the policy.

I would say most of the bad reviews on here come from people not reading the policy documents properly at the point of sign-up.

Rubbish insurance and when you claim any money they ask you 1000 question and documents to refuse your claim.
My car was stolen and they refused to pay my £24000.
No recommended at all.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star! THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY PAY A BIT EXTRA TO ANY OTHER OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY! THIS COMPANY IS FULL ON SCAM AND BELIEVE ME THEY DON’T TELL YOU ABOUT THE COMPULSORY £3000 excess fee you have to pay if you have a minor accident thats not even over £200

You guys are a joke my car window was smashed when I tried to get fixed they said I had to pay 3000 just to fix my window what a joke I wont be renewing my policy with u lot once it ends you lot are a joke I dont understand how you guys are still in business preying on the vulnerable my insurance has not come down in price since 2018 an the customer service dont get me started absolute jokers no people skills an do yourself a favour dont reply back with the same reply you have been sending everyone else 🙄

Worst insurance company I have ever come across. Make sure you do not use them they will cause you massive aggravation in an event of a claim even if its not your fault. DO NOT USE.

scam company do not use, I don’t actually get how there been allowed to still be trading, they seem legit but just manage to cover there selves on there policy wording but have no intention of paying out and certainly do not act on behalf of there customers, they need shutting down, surely something can be done to shut them down, stay away from them
