XS Direct Car Insurance UK 

XS Direct was provided via One Click. This an insurance scam service. They provide legal coverage, but are doing illegal scams on their clients. They bank on there will be a reported event and then milk you for the entire 3000 pound excess on your policy.

Entering a roundabout, I gently tapped the bumper of the car in front when they hesitated and I proceeded while looking for traffic. No damage to either vehicle, but we reported it regardless. XS direct has made up a story about the other party filling a claim, which they didn't and is going to pay it out, which they won't and of course it's the full 3000 pounds. I am in contact with the other party, they are unaware and are confused since there is no damage that needs repaired. This is how this company makes money. DO NOT BUY OR GET TRICKED INTO THIS INSURANCE. Remember, they generally third party, so be careful where you sign up, it may make you legal, but this is a criminal operation!

I am to proceed with legal action for a case for discrimination as my insurance policy was cancelled due to not disclosing spent criminal convictions which I was not asked about upon filling out an application. This discrimination has now left me all but unisurable and has caused me excessive stress which led to me being hospitalised and led to loss of earnings. Your company is claiming that a sentence of 4 years which I received was never spent but under the criminal rehabilitation act 1976 I do NOT have to disclose spent convictions. My convictions were never even of a driving related offence and this is basically the underwriter hoping I am nieve enough to just accept their decision! I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault not long in to my policy and now they are just doing this to be obstructive and avoid paying out. I am to begin a blog and will be contacting other users of your services who gave left negative reviews in order to gather support and crumble your reputation online via any review platform possible. I am currently awaiting a final decision letter from you and am already prepared to go as far as possible through the FCA and Ombudsman to plead my case! I do not want the insurance reinstated I want to take your company to court for discrimination which I ma clearly a victim of here to stop this happening to others.

Well where to start? I will put 0 stars if I could, my car get stolen almost 3 months ago and still didn’t get payed off, they are taking there time every time I call them to ask some updates about my claim they are telling me the exact same things that they was telling me weeks ago.
Are you for real? This is how you treat your costumers even if they are paying you for the premium insurance? For sure I want recommend this insurance.

Honestly I can only describe this company as scammers,

Useless. Rude. Scam. Never Use. Ongoing claim, they referred me to RTA solutions after no fault claim against a 3rd party. Car has been a write of since 01/10/19. Getting no further to a settlement, I was told to go back to Xs direct for update.
Rude telephone manner. Told me the person I need is on another number, gave me that number - completely different company whom never heard of Xs direct. Called back same lady answered, the person I need to speak to just finished her shift a minute ago and was gone, 4:38pm?. after staying on the phone I spoke to the lady whom had magically reappeared. Told me it’s nothing to do with them and if I want them to help to pay them additional £3000 or there’s nothing they will do. They don’t deal with the claims and pass them to 3rd party however I’m now out of pocket £1500 due to 3 months of payments going out and they pass the buck.

Bad service. Not supported. Experience. Always charge me for accident

Avoid this company. If u read the small print they pay for the cost of the claim but then request for u to pay them the money back. They dont cover the cost of any accidents.
They paid someone out even though I wasnt involved in the accident then told me I had to pay them the money back and then add a extra fee for them dealing with it. This company is basically there to say ur insured they do not cover any cost for accidents.

STAY AWAY FROM XS DIRECT. THEY ARE EVIL SCAMMERS.

AVOID insuring with this company at all costs. We had an insurance with this company for 3.5 years without making any claims through InsureYourMotor however, when we made a claim they voided the insurance from inception due to not having been made aware of 3 penalty points that had already expired (at the time of the claim). When asked we did explain why we didn’t advise of this however, the policy got voided as they stated that we were aware the policy would have been £550 more expensive so we lied on purpose. This can’t be accurate as we have an insurance for another vehicle with someone else and the premium didn’t have even £1 increase. It’s been 9 month since the incident (the car caught alight, it was not an accident involving other parties) however, nothing has been finalised still. Horrendous correspondence practices this company has. The insurance company is holding on the the vehicle and refusing to release it unless our finance company contacts them.. The garage they took the car to advised us that car was scrapped 5 months ago which insurance company denies. Worst company ever. They just keep bouncing us around. AVOID

With them at the moment they have instructed one call insurance to cancel my policy due to not receiving correspondence from myself I didn't receive anything to correspond to I'm now in a fight at moment to get it reinstated it's been a week now with no insurance and all I get back is they've not Hurd from the underwriter. They have lack of communication skills between providers and customers. Dreadfull will be leaving

The Worst Company on the planet!

I had an accident and the other driver admitted it was his fault. They don’t even have staff to process your claim. They say they will call you back when you have just come out of a traumatising accident. Zero stars and please don’t get yourself into this headache and choose another company

Seriously the worst insurance company ever. It's been 2 years since I made my claim and I've yet to receive a penny. I've had the Financial Ombudsman on them and they refuse to cooperate with the decision. I have to ring them to get any information whatsoever and had to push to even have my claim taken seriously to start with. They will try and fob you off at every stage. Don't touch with a 20-foot barge pole.

I wait for the phone 30 minutes, after which an operator answers and closes the call.

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!
This company has caused me nothing but trouble and put me in the worst financial difficulty. I was a named driver on a car i got through my work for my mum. I had a seriously bad accident in the vehicle and it got written off. I made a claim and the company took 3 weeks to make a decision to void the insurance due to the V5 being in my name (the named driver) instead of my mums name (the main driver). This was an unintentional accident made when setting up the insurance and the company were not interest in the trouble this had caused us at all. Rude staff and no understanding for their customers. The company then changed us £300 to cancel the account as they voided the insurance, £1500 for storage of the vehicle when they had taken 3 weeks to make the decision to void and £1200 for the inspector who came to my house to interview myself and mum after the incident. The company refused to give us back our £3800 premium and yet still charged us £3000 charges. This has left us in £24,000 debt and a void on our insurance policy. This company will do everything in its power to not support their customers and get out of paying any claim. AVOID AT ALL TIMES!

Miserable user experience, rude and incompetent staff and a total rip-off. They will never send you any documents, won’t answer your calls and have the slowest and most miserable service ever. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.

The Worst insurance company in the world.They are scammers.Rude lady on the phone they want your excess at all cost even if it cost them to lie or to write false reports. Please STAY AWAY!! Do not use this insurance company I am a victim and still suffering from their malicious acts. They will never look into your case but will ask you to pay £3000 for access and will not even reply to your calls. Find another insurance even if it takes you ages STAY AWAY from xs direct insurance company they are scammers you don't want to throw you money in the bin and have higher insurance later. Absolute disgrace of a so called company my son had an accident it was his fault but because he moved the car from a dangerous position they revoked his insurance his car was written off at a value of £13.000 saying he fled the scene of an accident even tho the car was undrivable then 4 months down the line is now seeking £12,000 for the other cars repair avoid this scam company at all cost

Worst insurance company ever. Good at making life hell. Avoid at all cost. Disgusting especially the manager can't even hold a civilised convo down the phone unless it involves money.
