I used Yahire recent and found the service to be sterling. Everything was efficient and spot on. The staff were friendly and fast. Very nice design of the glasses for my party.

I learned on a Saturday morning that I needed to organize a funeral for the upcoming Tuesday. I panicked when I realized most vendors were closed. However, I then found Yahire and was able to organize everything I needed by the end of Saturday - it was great to have someone on the phone there to help me during this stressful time. The service was top notch. The quality of their products were also more than I expected and the reception was beautiful. I will definitely recommend them and use Yahire again in the future.

I used Yahire for LED Furniture hire on 9/9/18, I had been told 2 weeks prior to this that the demand for furniture is high so to place my deposit to ensure availability of the furniture and to pay the total price on the day.
on the day of collection, there were issues collecting because we had been given incorrect information and payments cannot be taken on Sundays. despite not being made aware of this.
Finally arriving at my event and setting up furniture, one LED Bar had not been charged so was dimmer than the other and the control to change colours and mode was not working.
When returning the furniture, the men who worked for Yahire smashed my personal belongings due to lack of care removing it from my van.
1 week later, I have still not received my refund for my holding deposit!

We used Yahire for the chairs and tables for our wedding. We chose them as they had a brilliant selection of well priced chairs, slightly different to other similar hire companies. The chairs were excellent, they had super lovely rattan seat pads which offered the casual look I was after without costing too much, and we actually had compliments on the chairs on the day. The delivery guys were polite and efficient, and the guy I dealt with in the office, Nathan, was so kind and helpful, I amended my order a few times and he didn't mind at all. Overall it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.

Nathan was very efficient and helpful. It was my first order, so I was a bit unsure of numbers and styles, and he made great recommendations for both. I also had to add a few bits after my initial order, which he handled very quickly and was super friendly throughout. This definitely matters when you're a bit stressed out arranging an event!
