Yahire provided chairs and table linen for our wedding - products were perfect and the drop off/collection service was great.

The team was responsive and very helpful in the run up, and liaised directly with the venue which was a big stress-reducer for us!

Small order for 3 trestle tables and 60 shot glasses was efficiently dealt with and collection / return went without a hitch.

The service overall was good, quick & easy. Nathan was very helpful and help me with anything I needed, especially with my order & having to order in a high amount of fuel gel for the Chaffing Dishes.. The only problem I had is the fuel gel holders were near enough impossible to take the lids off without damaging the handle.

I hired some chairs and tables for my Mum's 60th birthday. Everything was perfect. There was an issue with the initial ice chairs i ordered however yahire replaced them with even better ones at no extra cost!! I am lost for words at how professional yahire were. I highly recommend this company

I used yahire for my son's bar mitzvah. Delivery team arrived on time and chairs looked amazing. Their sales person Terry was extremely helpful and even called me after the event to see how it all went. I cant rate Ya Hire highly enough! I've been using them to service events for 3 years now and find them to give excellent service from the ordering process and right through delivery and collection; not only that but their deposit refunds are returned speedily which also helps with those wrap ups and pulling your P/Ls together. Their costs are always competitive, especially in terms of extra costs for timed deliveries and collections. They often arrive within minutes of your timed slot which really takes pressure off you as an organiser. Only once did their drivers get caught in traffic coming for a collection but their depot was manned and I was able to speak to a person who was able to put me in direct contact with the drivers so we could track their progress and successfully change the pick up point to the night entrance without too much hassle or confusion. Our outfit always tries to support local and independent suppliers as such you may find that their stock isn't as extensive as some other firms but they will do what they can to source items on your behalf. All I can say is they do exacty what they say on the tin...and I believe they actually care about your experience, right down to the van drivers.

I had a very good experience with this company. I telephoned with one day's notice for some Chiavary chairs needed for Sat 20th January. I spoke with Nathan Bruce and even tho it was such short notice He was still very professional and helpful. He helped me with everything and put everything in place so that I would have the chairs in time for the celebration. I was very pleased with the professionalism and customer service received and will have no hesitation in returning myself or recommending your company to friends and family who require a friendly reliable hire service.

Having shopped around a little, Yahire was the best value for a small order (c. £100) and had no minumum spend. The staff (Jazmine, Matthew) were very friendly and responsive.

I needed to hire a small quantity of furniture,cutlery & crockery as I was having 16 for xmas dinner & didn’t want to buy extra stuff. Yahire ticked all the boxes, they were friendly, helpful & patient and all the things I hired was of good quality - tables, chairs, cutlery & crockery.
I would have given them 5 stars had a specific time slot for delivery & pick up been given instead of the 9-5, although they did come early on both occasions.

After searching around google and gumtree trying to find a suitable table and chairs to buy for Christmas just to accommodate the guests we had coming for dinner, literally, days before Christmas I thought perhaps I could hire something instead of buying.

Again, I googled the hire and after numerous quotes from others, I can across Yahire. They match the requirements I had and they were able to deliver the table, chairs and linen the weekend of Christmas.

The table was a "snug" fit in our 2-bed house but was perfect for the occasion. We had 8 people around the table very comfortably and it was very sturdy.

The delivery drivers were also very polite, professional and helpful.

Thumbs up to Yahire, I would certainly have no hesitation in using their services in the future.
