I just migrated from Rapyd Cloud server/hosting to Vultr on xCloud a few months ago, and I am so happy with my decision. There is literally no comparison across the board! XCloud provides an amazing dashboard, they have a day zero response on security patches, and their customer service goes above and beyond to help! They communicate clearly and address issue thoroughly. I’m a satisfied customer and would highly xCloud!

Great hosting solution for semi managed VPS! before switching to xCloud we used plesk. xCloud way better and no use of resources on the server. Also very good support!

This morning, I had a question about some urgent updates on the Vultr servers I have through xCloud. I had just received an email from Vultr about making sure I updated the servers, but I wanted to check whether xCloud planned to update them automatically, or if I needed to take care of it. I was very pleased, first, that Linda from their UK office responded right away to my chat message, and, secondly, to learn that they had already taken care of the update on both my managed and self-managed servers.
This is Saturday morning here in the U.S., and I assumed I'd need to wait until Monday to receive a reply, but waiting just 2-3 minutes was greatly appreciated! Linda was fantastic... very professional and friendly!
The folks at xCloud have been on top of their game since I've been working with them, and I would suggest to anyone to check them out!!!!

xCloud is not only a great hosting provider but one that is future-proofing my business.
I'm not a technical person but are able to spin up a VPS and manage a portfolio of websites. Every tool I need is there and is easy to use.
In parallel, I can host next generation applications like OpenClaw Hosting or n8n. Which represent the future.

I have been looking for a WordPress hosting service that offers more that just WP hosting. When I found xCloud a few months ago, I purchased one of their "Lite" plans and moved a website there. Over those two months, I experienced no issues and no downtime. I appreciate that the dashboard has everything needed to maintain a WP site, including a "Magic Login" button that allows an admin login (for those rare moments when you can't find that elusive password for a client site). Plugin updates from the dashboard eliminates plugins and email, if needed, hosted for only $1.00 per month (or $2.00 form more mail storage).
Today I need some help upgrading my account from the Lite plan to a larger plan. When this failed a few times, I contacted support, via the button on the page, and Cassandra provided some useful tips and suggestions. When those proved unsuccessful, she performed the upgrade herself on the back-end. Job done.
With all the dashboard benefits, email for cheap and blazing support, I think I park my client sites here now. We'll see how it goes. I'm feeling confident though.

I am using xclould almost from past 2yrs. support takes about 20 min to 60 min to respond even when chat goes on related to issues. the question is , when you do not have enough staff to support via chat, why not give email is the only option to approch? when you give a chat option for support, the users mind seeks instant response (at least min or two). if they dio not have about 10-15min in an year for retaining user, why anyone should choose xClould?

I’ve been using xCloud for my hosting management, and their support team is top-notch. I rarely have to reach out to them because the platform is so solid; however, I recently ran into a complex issue with my WordPress site that wasn't actually related to their platform. Despite that, their team stepped in and helped me resolve it anyway.
It’s rare to find a provider that cares this much about their customers' success. I highly recommend them to any serious web professional. Also, a huge shoutout to Jack, Gabbi, and Shifat for the incredible help!

The best WordPress website management panel I have ever used, period. The UX is superb, and it's clear this was built by a team who knows and uses WordPress. It's so easy and intuitive to use with everything a click away.
Support, in the very very few cases I have needed it, was very prompt, very attentive, and open to feedback.
Finally, updates to the platform are regular and the team listens to customer feedback. So a top-notch effort on that front, too.
Overal, I'm super happy to have switched to xCloud.

So far, so good. I migrated over from WP Engine, SiteGround, and a few other shared hosting providers because I wanted all of my projects running on VPS infrastructure. There were a few bumps along the way while getting my servers provisioned and setting up Git integration, but the developer team was very helpful. They addressed the bugs within a week and pushed a new release.
I’m really happy with how easy the dashboard is to use. It’s night and day compared to something like cPanel. I also love that it works well with Cloudflare, since that’s where I manage all of my domains.
I’m looking forward to growing my business here and gradually moving client projects over as I continue exploring everything xCloud has to offer.

We use xCloud in our company, and as soon as we tried it as a hosting platform we transferred all our sites there. It is easy and great for managing our many websites and monitoring them well. Also they have a dedicated 24/7 support team which is very efficient and helpful every time. 100% recommended

After 15 years with Siteground hosting I decided to give xCloud a try. I'm now in the process of building out 35-plus Wordpress sites and transferring email services to xCloud's email add-on feature.
The level of service at xCloud has been extremely helpful as I make this complicated move away from Siteground (To be fair, Siteground provides numerous features and benefits, but xCloud provides much more granular control of my server and my websites). And, importantly, their support team has proven to be exceptionally helpful and highly detailed in their communications with me.
