Wish I could give these scamming crooks…

Wish I could give these scamming crooks the 0 stars they deserve. All Ai scam, submit the documents they ask for and surprise they want more harder to get documents and on and on till they close your claims. Save your money these people are crooks!!

Have cover with XCover via Revolut

Have cover with XCover via Revolut. While i had a complicated claim to prove, as we did a long trip with multiple destinations, XCover approved the claim with minimal fuss. Delighted to have an insurance company that actually pays out when it matters, after bad experiences in the past with other companies (Irish Life to name names).

I decided to add x cover for 2 tickets…

I decided to add x cover for 2 tickets which I bought for football match. 4 days before the match my brother who’s 74 took ill. He was the driver so I could not attend. I informed x cover that I was making a claim. They have still not settled this refund. The total cost of tickets was £20 please do not use this company. I will be emailing IFA and informing them of the way this company treat people. They were looking for evidence that my brother was ill. Ie doctors certificate. If I don’t receive a full refund I will be taking this company to small claims court.
