If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. My claim was for a very small amount - conflicting responses from the company some saying claim accepted others they needed information. I sent multiple emails asking for assistance none given. I am late in years as this is potentially the worst Company I have ever dealt with and never use again. If asked whether its a good idea to take out cover I would have to share my experience and it was all negative.

Very poor customer service

Wish that in this day and age you could actually speak to someone! Drop down boxes did not relate to my situation and tried to explain in numerous boxes what had happened but to no avail 😞 very disappointed would not recommend
