They confirmed car was returned in perfect condition but never returned their 300euro deposit. Emailed them they said it can take up to month now its been 2 and they dont answer any emails.

Scammers! Never take car from them. We took a car, then they instead of blocking deposit booked them on their account without any information. No contact, lyes, all the time fighting with them to get money back, even receiving emails that they already sent money back as in agreement.

As everyone else is saying. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They take your security deposit and claim you damaged the car. Fortunately I took a video beforehand and I have caught them out as the damage was already there :D The downside is that they haven't had the decency to respond or apologise. Now i'm having to take my claim to DiscoverCars who I booked them through. The Bulgarian Police have already been informed so expect a visit very soon... You won't get away with this

My experience with my first and last booking 6951655 / ECFCDF7C at yes rent-a-car.bg was a absolutely negativ. They did not return my deposit, in spite they confirmed the proper condition of the car during personal handover at the airport in Varna Bulgaria. After several reminders they sent me some fake pictures as a "proof" that the car was dirty. I do not recommend to use this service provider. They offer cheap tariffs, but considering the deposit they keep, they are the one of the most expensive!

We never received our deposit for the car. They had a mistake and took our money and never returned it (more than a year ago) At the beginning they answered my mails, now they don't even bother.
I left countless messages through email and phone calls and they just do not bother returning my calls.
I recommend everyone to stay away from them

If I could give no stars I would!
Such a shame as was a quick pick up from the airport and the car was perfect to get us to our hotel and back (as this was all we used it for) to then be charged 2 1/2 weeks later for ‘new damage’ documented on our check in document which was never completed when we returned the car or signed by us!
Lesson learnt! Make sure you check with the person and sign the car back in (which we didn’t realise needed to be done) to stop them being able to put down any new damage then charging you for this!
Avoid if you don’t want to have excessive fees to ruin a good holiday once you are home!

Similar experience to many other customers here. Good prices and reasonable rating on rentalcars.com. But despite many follow-ups which were always ignored, they've not reimbursed my deposit of around 300 EUR. Don't book with them

They are a very professional, no hassel, car hire company. We will definitely use them again when we return to Faro.

Please beware and be careful, a very bad scam to rip off the customers of their money.
The car rental company lures with very low prices and a deposit that he never pays back.
Unfortunately, I am currently forced to communicate with the very cheeky service staff, who is absolutely unfriendly and rates you as already an "annoying ex-customer".
Since I see absolutely no progress in communication, I have initiated legal action.
Furthermore, my credit card instructed to cancel the amount because a fraudulent booking has taken place.

Don’t be stupid and book your service at this provided as I’ve done and are confronted with huge problems and manipulation of your money.

Good cars, for the price even exceptional.
Sadly the "advertised" price isn't the real price, they'll keep your deposit (300€).
Gave them plenty of time, they didn't respond at all at first. Only after filing a chargeback they told me their POS terminal rejected the transaction.

Be prepared to fight for your deposit if you book with them, fortunately chargebacks via your credit card company will do the trick...

Rented a car from Yes Rent a car in Varna for a family trip, and it was an impeccable experience. Despite being in the end of the season the car was in pristine condition, and the service was top-notch. These guys are a bunch of thieves, I should have read the reviews before I booked with them!
They take your deposit, never get back to you, when they do, they make stuff up to take your deposit.

These thieves didn’t pay the deposit amount i paid,i was calling them everyday,they were telling all kind of excuses do do not pay my money back avoid this company,+their cars are stinky 🤢

I have been renting cars for years and I have never had such an appalling experience from start to finish.

Putting aside the fact that the car was in a poor condition and that they do not have an office (so you will only get your car when a dodgy representative calls you and waits for you with the keys outside of the terminal), the most dangerous part is that they do not simply block the deposit on your card, they actually charge it on day 1 and then do not return it unless you spend hours chasing them.

When it became clear that I will keep asking for it, they sent an email with some pictures showing minor scratches claiming that they were caused by me and saying they will not return any of my EUR 500 deposit.

I did contact my credit card company and rentalcars, as I rented through them, so they are investigating. Hopefully, I will get my money back but in the meantime, my advice is:

1) Do not use this company under any circumstances.

2) If you make the mistake and only see this forum after you have been charged (as I did), call your credit card company, the umbrella site you used for the rental and ask them to investigate. You might get your money back if you are lucky and let’s hope the credit card companies and rental sites will ban this company from operation soon.

As many people above wrote, I didn't receive my deposit back.
I have email of confirmation that the car was return in perfect condition and they would send the deposit by 26.07.2023.
I don't raccomemd this company and I will send the profile to authorities.

Update at 09.08. I finally recieved the deposit after many emails, almost opening a police report and asking the help of the rentalcar platform from where I booked the car. I do hope all other costumers had their deppsit back too. In case not, you could consider to open a claim at the cosumer rights in Europe.
