As all comments I have seen, they are just stealing your deposit. Do not make any booking with them, they always find any kind of damage and steal it.

As other have already mentioned, they charge the deposit (300E) and never return it!! The car was returned in perfect condition, and was inspected by them upon return. After 2 months not having returned the deposit and not answering to my emails, I referred to the European consumer center, and the response that YES sent to them was that a day after they found some sort of damage in the front, which of course never existed! Something must be done collectively!!

Yes Rent a Car is a fraud! I rented a car and returned it in a perfect condition. Even paid extra for Full Coverage (Limit 3200 USD). They charged 300 euro deposit and never return it. They stole my money. it is now 6 weeks since I returned the car. I have reached out to them few times but they refuse to give me an answer.
DONT rent a car from them! they give attractive deals and steal the deposit money. Stay away from these criminals!

They are criminals, could not recommend them any less. Stay away!
l am writing this so hopefully people don’t make this same mistake as us and rent a car from these immoral guys.
We returned our car in exactly the same condition we recieved it in, and they confirmed we would get our full deposit back with 2-4 weeks. It is now 8 weeks later, and after no response from email or help when we call them, we have still not received our deposit and they have no interest in helping.
They obviously had no intention of returning our deposit, and are scammers. We are going to escalate this higher with Starling bank and consider legal action, because I don’t want them to get away with stealing our car deposit money.

My family and I decided to rent a car from Yes Rent a Car for a weekend trip to Belogradchishki skali and we were not disappointed with our decision. The pick-up process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. They even provided us with a child seat for our toddler, which was a nice touch. The car that we rented was spacious and comfortable. We even went on a picnic with the car, near the stunning rock formations.

Poor experience compared with many other rental companies. First of all your deposit will be held for many WEEKS!! upon of return the car, while other companies do it immediately.

I rented a car from them for 3 weeks 1 year ago. The deposit wasn't just secured from my credit card as other companies do, Yes Rent a car withdraw it from your card and you never see it back! I called, emailed- nothing. Still didn't get my money back.
